Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) on Thursday praised Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) for calling Russian President Vladimir Putin “a thug” and “a war criminal.”
“Governor @RonDeSantisFL description of Putin being a thug and a war criminal is spot on. What do you call a national leader who uses their army to kidnap children of a neighboring state? A War Criminal,” Graham tweeted.

“What do you call a national leader who uses their army to kidnap children of a neighboring state?”
Vinyl Pants! That is if you believe NATO partner, Hungary’s, PM.
“Ukraine is our neighbor where Hungarians live as well. They are being conscripted and are dying by the hundreds on the front,”
Hungarian PM, Viktor Orban 3/3/23.
“The neocons are trying to mold DeSantis into their lil squeaky toy.”
Blue ribbon winning post.
Have a nice day.
damning praise
Let’s see what happens in the primary. Trump is going to slaughter the RINO’s whore.
It’s better than Donnie Clot Shot, I suppose.
I’m a Ron fan, since he was my Congressman. He even called me back once.
But I strongly disagree with this move. It’s a signal to The Deep State (Department) that he’ll “support the latest thing” and perhaps continue the Endless Wars.
If that is the case, I’ll actively campaign against him, right here in his home district.
As it is, thanks to his dumb interview move, I called my State Senator and Rep to say I do not back changing the “Resign to Run” law that Ron is pushing for. (Otherwise he’d have to give up the Governorship to run for POTUS)
Probably so, as long as a plurality of Republican primary voters continue to have no desire to win elections or advance conservatism.
You nuts are funny. DeSantis points out the obvious and this makes him a neocon tool.
A neocon tool who calls out Soros. And says The Ukraine is not a US National Interest.
This is too funny.
For many weeks I couldn’t understand why people were tearing down DeSantis.
Why is Trump so hostile to him and tearing him down, I wondered. He is such a great governor, we need as many good people as we can get on this side.
But now I am all in on Trump and want to keep DeSantis the hell away from the presidency. That happened in just the past few days. What the hell happened, the donor class made him backtrack completely on Ukraine? Now he sounds like Lindsey, who is bad as it gets on foreign policy?
I also am very disgusted at his swipes at Trump’s legal troubles. Does he not realize that he will also be on the receiving end of unfair legal prosecutions and media treatment? Just stupid and disgusting.
eGOP Ron, right along with his nemesis L/ Graham, know nothing of conservatism. Your not fooling anyone here by siding with L/Graham.
If you think I believe Trump won 18 of 19 bellwether counties that voted with the winner since 1980 and Republicans gained 15 seats in the House he lost, I don't. Nor would any sane person.
Get this through skull -- before the majority of the Republican base puts up with illegal immigration and meddling in other nations to enrich our political class and advance the "liberal world order" agenda, the REPUBLICAN PARTY CAN AND MUST DIE.
We can devolve into full-blown communism until we have a civil war, state secession or one party that represents its constituents.
Well, you certainly wouldn't call him Bent Bill Clinton, who refused to use Federal Marshalls to Kidnap Elián González and send him to a protective agency in the United States, to which he tried to flee for Asylum.
Nope, he was sent back to Communist Cuba by force of arms to his Commie father.
Who’s talking to you Douchebag Drew?
Lindseykins has just announced that George Bush is a war criminal (for his actions in Iraq) who should be arrested???
My thoughts are, Lindsey has already endorsed Trump for President, and Trump rewarded him by making him the special guest of honor at Trump’s first campaign event. So Trump is much closer to Lindsey than DeSantis is.
And on the question of Putin, he is a war criminal for invading Ukraine, not “a genius” like Trump claimed when it first happened. DeSantis has already clearly said our own border is more important than Ukraine’s, too.
