Trump didn’t pardon any of the January 6th protesters who were arrested before Trump left office.

Damn liars...

Most of all those people where not even ID’d, charged or arrested until long after that slick. So explain to me how Trump could have pardoned the J6 folks who most of which had not even been charged yet and their alleged crimes had not even been investigated at that point? At that point, Trump wouldn't even have a clue, who exactly he was pardoning or what they were even charged with.

Another Trump hating phony you are!

The fact remains that Trump didn't pardon any of the January 6th protesters who were arrested before he left office.

The arrests and bookings were easily accessible to Trump as the United States Attorney's Office (the prosecutors) served under Trump's DOJ. So as Chief Executive, it is well within Trump's authority.

Those are the facts, like it or not.

Re: 71 - But he could have pardoned those arrested prior to his leaving office.

https://www.justice.gov/usao-dc/capitol-breach-cases?combine=&order=field_case_multi_number&sort=desc

At that website, I counted 14 people who were arrested prior to 2021/01/18 and was not halfway through the list.

For whatever reason, rightly or wrongly, President Trump chose not to pardon those arrested prior to his leaving office.
