Former Trump White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney said he thinks it is “inevitable” the former president is indicted on charges from the Manhattan District Attorney’s office, though he said he is unsure how any potential arrest would play out.
“I do think he’s going to be indicted,” Mulvaney said Thursday on CNN, citing multiple factors including timing on the case.
“I don’t understand the arrest part,” he continued. “Whether or not he’ll surrender himself. Whether or not they’ll require him to surrender himself.”
The Manhattan DA has been investigating hush-money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 election. Trump himself said over the weekend that he expected to be arrested on Tuesday in connection with the probe, though he has since not been indicted.
Trump and his allies have painted the investigation and the Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg (D), as corrupt and politically motivated. House Republicans have called on Bragg to testify in front of Congress amid the ongoing investigation.

Why should this idiot know whether this is inevitable?
I’d rather see Gyorgy Schwartz and Klaus Schwab indicted!
So sick of this DS chump.
They publish gossip.
News.
Why do former Trump administrations officials insist on giving sound bites to leftist publications? You notice democrat officials would never do such a thing.
As chief of staff, Mulvaney was one of those responsible for hiring future Trump back stabbers.
I guess CNN is wear all the cool kids hang out after their careers fail and their life is worthless..
Keep pushing, Commies.

Better question: why did Trump pick so many such people for his inner circle & to serve as his top advisors and czars?
> Why should this idiot know whether this is inevitable? <
Mulvaney was on CNN. So like most of his type, he’ll say what CNN wants to hear.
Never get in the way of a politician and a camera.
All these yapping heads live for is getting invited to go on TV and yes, they will cater to the audience (small as it might be) so that they are invited back time and time again.
Trump: “I’m going to be indicted and arrested.”
Trump supporters: “This is a travesty of justice, protest, protest, protest!”
Mulvaney: “Trump is going to be indicted.”
Trump supporters: “What do you know, you leftist hack!”
When I think of all of the innocent ham sammiches who have been harassed and falsely accused by DAs and idiot grand juries, I can say Trump is in great company. He’ll be the first ham sammich and cheese to be indicted.
Exactly right. CNN wouldn’t hire him if they thought he was going to vigorously challenge the network’s liberal bias.
And Mulvaney knows there wouldn’t be any positions for him in a future Trump administration. He’s hoping to be “drafted” by someone else.
What else could we expect from the swHill?
I think he will be indicted, too. That doesn’t mean Mulvaney thinks it is right, just like I don’t think so. It is a godforsaken tragedy, the culmination of utter corruption.
And?
Shut up, dumb Mick.
