And Bragg has this document.
Did he show it to the Grand Jury?
If not, hell's a comin'.
The lawyer is repeating statements which Cohen later stated were lies. You can believe Cohen or not as you choose, but the letter doesn’t clear Trump.
A grand jury is not usually shown exculpatory evidence by the DA. That doesn’t occur till pre trial requests come from defense. The Brady Rule.
January: Cohen seeks reimbursement from the Trump Organization for $180,035 — $130,000 for the payment to Daniels, plus a wiring fee and an extra $50,000. Trump Organization executives double the reimbursement to $360,000 and add another $60,000, for a total of $420,000 to be paid in monthly installments for 12 months.
Cohen sends invoices for $35,000 per month and receives $420,000 from the company over the course of the year.

Withholding exculpatory evidence even in a grand jury proceeding is not legal. The charges will never stand. Braggart should be disbarred tomorrow.
Cohen is so dumb he held on to NYC taxi medallions worth MILLIONS after Uber started serving New York customers...and even through its meteoric rise. Now they are worth a tiny fraction.

Re: Bragg
- Duke of Argyll: Do you hear that, Will? Young Cunningham (read Bragg) here was unable to tell arse from quim. What say you to that?
- Will Guthrie: I’ve heard that many Englishmen (read Soros Prosecutors) have that same difficulty.”
