Former President Donald Trump has not been notified about whether charges will be filed against him by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for his alleged role in facilitating a 2016 hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels, sources told The Post.
Sources also told The Post that it is still possible that Bragg decides not to indict the 76-year-old former president.
Trump could be indicted as early as Wednesday, although he is not expected to appear in court until next week, law enforcement sources told The Post on Tuesday.
According to Fox News, the Manhattan grand jury hearing evidence against the former president has another witness slated to testify on Wednesday.
It is unclear who will be testifying on Wednesday.
If an indictment is brought against Trump, Bragg’s office would call Trump’s lawyers to inform them of the grand jury’s decision, and negotiations would immediately begin for the former president’s surrender.
It is believed that Bragg is considering slapping Trump with charges related to the falsifying of business records, or bookkeeping fraud, over the $130,000 in hush money allegedly paid to Daniels by Trump’s former fixer Michael Cohen to cover up an alleged 2006 affair between the real estate mogul and the porn star.
Trump may also be hit with campaign finance related charges because of the alleged hush money payment.
The former president could face up to four years in prison if convicted of the reported “low-level felony’’ charges Bragg is believed to be considering bringing.

It’s becoming quite obvious Trump made the whole “they’re going arrest me on Tuesday” thing up.
That doesn’t excuse Bragg, and his outrageous actions, but it doesn’t give Trump the right to make things up to mislead people, and potentially cause a riot, either.
Here is the bottom line of this case that you need to understand. Braggadoon needs to comply with Congress as the DOJ and the Manhattan DA’s office colluded. There are whistle blowers. This is where this is going.
But you said he’d be in DC TODAY because he was subpeonaed to appear. He wasn’t in DC and so far hasn’t received a subpeona to appear anytime. These 3 congressmen may simply be running a fluster and bluster show.
He is coming and there is no bluster. He will never indict Trump. They are on his ass hig time. There are no more games being allowed. What is going on can no longer be allowed and guess what there is a gun being held to heads.

How do you know he didn’t show by video telecon? The evidence many see is that this is a national security issue and that they won’t show you. This case against Trump will never see its fruition and the whole scheme is done. It really doesn’t matter when and how it happens. The opinions of the common man at this point don’t f’ing matter. Elections cannot fix this.

Well Jordan and the committee sent a letter today to Bragg stating that his rejection of appearance reasons don’t meet their standand (meaning he didn’t appear) and they have again requested an appearance by or before 3-31. Why would they send such a letter if he appeared? You’re “clearance” excuse for non-televising” is weak at best. The reason for non-transmission has nothing to do with “clearance. It had everything to do with he didn’t comply and didn’t appear. All I can say is your over-reaching. BTW, the letter had no ‘we’ll elevate to the highest legal consequences should you not comply’.

You don’t understand how national security works and these things are meaningless. You will never hear the true thing that go on all the time. Jordan even knows this. Just give it up and watch the end result. There will be no indictment of Trump.
Has the grand jury voted yet? Part of the point of the grand jury is making it NOT Bragg’s decision.
