Now Grand Juries are used to allow partisan prosecutors to form equally partisan juries to rail road innocent people in politically motivated law fare prosecution against people with political and ideological dissent

Basically, don’t blame the men and women of the grand jury for a corrupt indictment

Somebody needs to charge Bragg with wrongful prosecution, malfeasance, or the charge he uses - I don’t like him.

To save face, Bragg should come out with a statement next week saying that after listening to new testimony and conflicting evidence, he doesn’t feel proceeding with an indictment would be prudent.
Legal experts, both left and right, have explained why such a prosecution is foolish and not based upon law or precedent.
Of course, the “Get Trump at all costs” crowd care not about such legal standards, and only wish to finally see the Trump perp-walk they have dreamed of for so many years.

What has changed the partisan breakdown of the US. With most liberals living in large cities, most jury pools will be nearly entirely liberals.
This has led to conservatives being unable to receive a fair trial from there peers.

And if it happens, it'll be appealed and Bragg will be embarrassed and have to resign.
So what Bragg should do is tell the "jury" not to indict and save his own career.
Malicious prosecution does not look good on your record. I bet Bragg has been talking to Pelosi day and night to...."get me out of this".

Now you have “Preliminary Exams” (”PE”) that DO use the rules of evidence to prove probable cause.
The PE is MUCH more just and fair than today’s screwed-up grand-jury system.
