TRUMP VOWED TO ‘TOTALLY OBLITERATE THE DEEP STATE,’ AND NOW THE MANHATTAN DA IS POISED TO HAVE HIM ARRESTED

At CPAC 2023, President Donald Trump made it public that he is setting his sights on dismantling the “Deep State.”

“If you put me back in the White House, their reign is over – and they know it,” Trump stated. “…I will totally obliterate the Deep State. I will fire the unelected bureaucrats and shadow forces who have weaponized our justice system like it has never been weaponized before.”

Is it a coincidence that Trump’s stated intention to “obliterate the Deep State” preceded the Manhattan District Attorney’s office’s rumored move to indict President Trump on ancient allegations that he paid adult film actress Stormy Daniels “hush money” in 2016?

Trump confirmed the possibility of his imminent arrest following “ILLEGAL LEAKS” from the “HIGHLY POLITICAL” DA’s office, reiterating that any charges would be “BASED ON AN OLD & FULLY DEBUNKED (BY NUMEROUS OTHER PROSECUTORS) FAIRYTALE” and aimed at “THE FAR & AWAY LEADING REPUBLICAN CANDIDATE & FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA…”

“2024 is the final battle. If you put me back in the White House, the reign of the corrupt Washington establishment will be over.”

Are you paying attention yet?

On Truth Social, President Trump shared a screenshot of a tweet from former Newsmax host John Cardillo, who reportedly drew the following information from an NYC law enforcement source:

“NYC law enforcement sources telling me that the Manhattan DA’s office is ‘in chaos.’ They’re telling me about 60% of the office wants no part of this and wishes Bragg and Reiss would just stop the nonsense. They all know there is no crime. Apparently all being driven by a small group of radicals at the top. Very similar to RussiaGate.”

On Saturday, Trump also derided the corruption of “EVIL & SINISTER PEOPLE,” who have been leading Joe Biden into driving the U.S. into World War III:

“IT’S TIME!!! WE ARE A NATION IN STEEP DECLINE, BEING LED INTO WORLD WAR III BY A CROOKED POLITICIAN WHO DOESN’T EVEN KNOW HE’S ALIVE, BUT WHO IS SURROUNDED BY EVIL & SINISTER PEOPLE WHO, BASED ON THEIR ACTIONS ON DEFUNDING THE POLICE, DESTROYING OUR MILITARY, OPEN BORDERS, NO VOTER I.D., INFLATION, RAISING TAXES, & MUCH MORE, CAN ONLY HATE OUR NOW FAILING USA. WE JUST CAN’T ALLOW THIS ANYMORE. THEY’RE KILLING OUR NATION AS WE SIT BACK & WATCH. WE MUST SAVE AMERICA! PROTEST, PROTEST, PROTEST!!!”

First, the statute of limitation, on the misdemeanor NY state law violation is normally 2 years, however, courts have added a year to statutes of limitations due to COVID. The Federal law Trump is alleged to have violated is a 5 year statute of limitations felony, and with the additional year for COVID, is a 6 year statute of limitation restriction on the alleged Federal violation. Given that this purported criminal violation was in 2016, the statutes of limitations, both federal and state, have barred all prosecutions beyond 2022.

The next major problem, and it is a big problem is that a state prosecutor, such as Bragg is without jurisdiction to prosecute a case using federal law. This is a big deal. To make it simple this is why one state doesn't prosecute people from another state, using the laws from the state of the perpetrator's residence. To frame lack of jurisdiction, an analogy may help. Imagine if a state, which has abortion laws prohibiting abortions after 6 weeks, chose to arrest and prosecute people who have abortions in NY, for any violations of that particular abortion-restrictive state. To demonstrate how serious a lack of jurisdiction is to the legal system, it would be akin to NY State Police setting up radar traps in CT and handing out tickets to motorists they pull over in CT. Moreover, the usual absolute prosecutorial immunity that a prosecutor enjoys, is destroyed when he operates beyond his jurisdiction.

This prosecutor, and the State of NY, are seriously libel, for any damages and will trigger a successful, a large civil suit.

This lawsuit can be filed in FL, where Trump now lives, and this civil lawsuit is going to cost the State of NY a small fortune. The statute of limitations and lack of jurisdiction are first year law students topics, and cannot have been unknown to this prosecutor. This prosecutor most likely will have an ethics complaint lodged against him, and any arraignment by a NY court may pass the scrutiny of some political hack, masquerading as a NY State judge, but will never survive in appellate courts.

He cornered the left into making NATO stronger right when a strong NATO was most needed. Now let’s see him end the IRS, FBI, BATFE, EPA, and the departments of Commerce, Education, and Energy.

He's going to dismantle them by making them stronger?

Seriously? Records matter. It was close to criminal for him to turn the entire country over to fauci.
He addressed America just a little over 3 weeks ago and told us.. can’t gather in groups of more than 10, unless you’re burning cities. He restricted our travel, unless you’re an unvetted Syrian. He gave us bumpstock bans.
Businesses and people got checks to stay home and closed.
Meanwhile big pharma cartel got billions.
To ensure the tyranny is permanent he gave us a bumpstock ban.
Who needs a deep state when your president enables every enemy of freedom.
President Pfizer made it clear who means more to him.
All we wanted was the freedom to choose.

"Ryan and McConnell fought him every step of the way..."

Not really. There was the horrendous TrumpRyanCare effort. Thank God for the HFC which saved us from both that Trump failure and the Trump/Kev Compromise-First side of the speaker battle.

Additionally thank the Lord we have a founding HFC member maybe/probably/hopefully running for the R nom - Big Ron.

Ryan was a Right wing superstar when he first came to DC - that's who SuperTrump bought his tights from. Ryan went bad. At his worst is when Paul was in cahoots with Don to make more of what Trump loves - BigGovt.

It doesn’t have to be legal for the Left. That is because the Left are a group of murderers, thieves, and liars. To them the end justifies the end. But there are a bunch of Trump haters that are orgasmic. Never realizing or caring that with President Trump out of the way, that they are next until it happens. Then the tears will flow freely. To no avail.

Check place of origin on everything you buy.
If it says New York, put it back on the shelf.

“When Trump had a GOP Congress”? That’s rich! The DC Uniparty (R) kidnapped and murdered MAGA, before placing 265 GOP daggers in his back 1/7/21. That’s not “having” Congress. The same Uniparty (R) Judases have their daggers out again. Et tu, RdS?

One would have to be a special kind of stupid or a Demonrat (but I repeat myself) to believe that President Trump had anything to do with that ugly, fat creature.

Ryan has long been married into a big Dem donor family in Wisconsin.

Nice try.

Or in case you need another reminder, troll-boi:

100% correct. Does Megan think that Ryan and McConnell did him any favors? They wouldn’t even agree to build the wall but yet Biden sends $100B to Ukraine with no oversight on where the funds and equipment goes.

So, then. Trump’s payment of hush money to a porn queen is all Desantis’s fault.

Nope. No connection there. DeSantis is still a deep state stooge though.

I hate to say but when Trump had a GOP Congress he didn't do a thing to end a single Federal Department or agency.

LOL, Ryan and McConnell fought him every step of the way on just about everything.

LOL. Trump never even requested presidential reorganization authority pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 901-912.
