Conservatives sounded the alarm following news that former President Donald Trump expects to be arrested on Tuesday based on “illegal leaks” from the Manhattan district attorney’s office.
Republican lawmakers and conservative figures and commentators said the predicted arrest of Trump, who is running for president in 2024, shows how the justice system is “weaponized against all Americans” and warned that the United States is turning into a “banana republic.” Even so, many conservatives wager an arrest would only further reveal the extent of Democrat corruption, ultimately skyrocketing support for Trump’s presidential run.

Trump makes himself a target by having these kinds of affairs. Again, he should not be arrested. But, he should be able to control his behavior with regards to his marriage vows.
That's already the case. Has been for some time. The IRS (think Tea Party) has been targeting legal conservative organizations for years.
During Slick Willie's time in the WH, my father wrote him a very respectful letter criticizing some policies. My father, a 3 war Marine, in his 70s at the time, had NEVER been audited. He was audited for the next 3 years running. I do not believe in coincidences.

We're not looking to elect a perverted Pope or some religious fanatic. We're looking to elect a leader, not a lawyer or a Pope.
It's a crime for any office holder if they use campaign funds. It's not the payoff that's in question, it's where the funds come from.
