” NATO countries are depleting their armaments”
NATO countries are depleting a few of their armaments. And not those most relevant to how they intend to fight a “real” war. Or for that matter how they intend to fight China. This is a critical point.
” lack the industrial capacity to quickly replenish their weaponry.”
They certainly do have the industrial capacity to replenish, or expand, their weapons production. The issue is that this capacity is not oriented to weapons production. They are not on a war footing, because they don’t have to be.

The country benefiting most from this war is China.
This is a historic victory for LGBT—their first on the way to global domination!
Good. can we stop borrowing more money to send to Ukraine immediately? National debt already double of GDP
You are, of course, being silly.
Whats going to happen, IMHO, is that the Russians will tell Ukraine that they are willing to retreat from certain territories in exchange for a cease fire. Very much as they (secretly) negotiated with Ukraine to let them pull out of Kherson and the west bank of the Dneiper without Ukrainian bombardment or exploitation of the evacuation.
No doubt you will be perplexed as the war continues on today, next week, next month, and next year.
I haven’t heard of any bank runs in Russia.
No way! The French Canadians are already marshaling.
Russia is a police-state dictatorship, so obviously they’re not gonna broadcast any negative news
plus if you try to take all your money out, you probably get shot
that’s the way dictatorships work ... keep people living in fear
Strange how we now are living in an upside-down world. Who is calling the kettle black? We smugly report the collapse of the Russian economy as a ‘lookie over there’ moment when here our banks are collapsing around us.
Sigh...
You’re very welcome! Thanks for following through.
Note the source.
If Russia is collapsing why are we pouring Billions of dollars into Ukrainian pension funds?
