Talks one way, but takes ESG money - no problem.
In the 2020 election cycle DeSantis took in excess of $14 million from the Republican Governors Association. The RGA’s top-twenty donor list includes many companies that PROMOTE ESG. We can assume they use it as an investment strategy. The fact that NO ONE in the media points out this blatant contradiction is another tip to DeSantis’ Uniparty creds.
They ALL take ESG money! This shouldn't be news to anyone.

Maybe it’s just me but I have a hard time understanding what you’re trying to say on your responses here.

Don’t feel bad, the poster likely doesn’t even understand what they have typed themselves.

Another horrible, deep-state, RINO-driven move by that stealth candidate DeSantis.
Yep.
Is there an acronym for Trump or Nuthin’ FReepers yet?

The poster you speak about, knows exactly what I have typed. Want to talk about me, please do so directly ... I will NEVER vote for a neocon again, meaning a GOPe approved candidate... I will oppose any GOPe approved candidate .... Get it?

Na, but like the Lyn’ Ted supporters, they’ll mostly get over it eventually. Right now, just dig out the popcorn and watch them embarrass themselves.

What set my teeth on edge was his God made me a fighter campaign ad ... I was reminded of Ted Cruz's wife in South Carolina primary, describing of Ted and the face of God .... Then I began to pay attention and discovered a pattern of behavior... And people wonder why President Trump called him sanctimonious
so I looked up the word to make sure I knew what it meant ..
*making a show of being morally superior to other people:* That campaign ad is the epitome of being morally superior, as if God and Desantis were on the same page. (gag me with a spoon)
Then I began to observe the wailing and gnashing of teeth here on FR against President Trump to speak ill of a deity... As they say poop runs downhill and here we are...
Take your own advice.

I read the article, and I still don’t know exactly what these 18 states are doing to “combat Biden’s ESG push.”

18 state Governors. Sounds like a new Confederacy is about to form. A new union of Red States to counter the excesses of the Deep State. Maybe its time to dissolve the Union once again or at least stand to object to the woke tide sweeping the nation and stand against World War.
To: Alberta's Child
What they are planning is not the point... of the article ... The foxes are running a campaign ad painting Desantis de facto Republican leader ... Total BS

Yep. He should either state it or not. Obozo announced his Presidential run in 2007 while being a U.S. Senator. DeSantis can do the same thing, rather than doing all the obvious preparatory stuff while not telling Floridians one way or the other. A blot on an otherwise fine governor, IMO.
(FD: I sent him a note urging him NOT to run, and that I wouldn’t support him in 2024. I like him where he is, doing good things for my state. I doubt that he’ll respond; even the good politicians aren’t all that different from the others, IMO.)

I'm not a big fan of the commercial you're alluding to, but what you see as "making a show of being morally superior to other people" others see as "he's just like us". You are biased, so you will naturally tend towards the negative.
And your deliberate non-answer to my question "have you ever met the man?" indicates a solid "no".
Like I said, you don't know what you're talking about.

Nah. I saw all the anti-catholic drivel and I’ll speak to whomever however I want but thanks anyway
To: Joe Brower
And you are not biased? I have never met Desantis. I have read about him from back when he was in Congress.. he was a typical lying Ryan congressman.. he voted for TPP and every other make America last trade legislation.. you like him keep him..

DeSantis leading the way again, standing and fighting against the woke mob.
But, but, no wait, he’s a shill for Ken Griffin and the GOPe! He’s deep state! /s
