President Trump promised to hit China where it counts on Monday night, vowing to implement a policy plan that would elevate the power of American trade and phase out Chinese imports.
Trump’s comments were made during remarks delivered in Davenport, Iowa.
“I will implement a four-year plan to phase out all Chinese imports of essential goods and gain total independence from China,” he said, drawing cheers of support from the crowd.
He also promised to “hold the Chinese Communist Party for unleashing the China Virus upon the world.”
In a riveting speech that touched on several of his key policy pitches in his 2024 platform, Agenda47, Trump also told the audience that he would revoke China’s “favored nation trade status…they don’t need help, they’re doing just fine.”
The Davenport event was packed, with thousands of people gathered inside the Adler Theater to hear President Trump speak. Hundreds more gathered outside.
President Trump’s comments about China align with his Agenda47 plan which has promised to do the following, as reported by RSBN:
He also stated in February that his agenda would “tax CHINA to build up AMERICA.”

2024 may be too late. With the Fed nationalizing the US banking system, inflation will rise rapidly again. BRICS nations may dump the dollar as a reserve currency by then.
POTUS DJT 47 (48?) would have to bring back the gold standard and encourage big US mining companies to buy Canadian ones.
Now do the same for the IT industry and India. There are a lot of American IT workers available in this country that we do not now, nor ever, needed H1Bs.
We outsource slavery to China so we can benefit from a slave economy without having to look at it.
Bondholders can’t demand bond issuers pay debt immediately unless someone foolishly included such a clause in the issuing documents.

Can someone provide a specific statement Trump made circa 2015-16
where he laid out a plan to completely disengage from China? No.
He didn’t say that.
He said he was doing to raise tariffs and he did in the areas he talked about.
That’s why Xi pingpong is doing his best to try and stop trump .
Okay, but, umm, maybe don’t call it a “four-year plan”?
1. Increase tariffs on imports from China - gets passed on to we the consumers in purchases.
2. Give large tax incentives for US companies to restore production of everything here instead. Not instant fix, not politically expedient- but fixes the problem long term.
3. Eliminate any and all favorite nations status must be done.
4. Heavily tax all shipping container traffic for inbound goods. This would also hurt Turtle’s shipping empire.
5. Stop importing of ALL Chinese meats, immediately.
6. Restore all US pharmaceutical manufacturing.
They owe us trillions for the bioweapon they unleashed on the world
Ok but it’s not critical path. DC needs to be eliminated as a priority. China is a symptom of DC corruption.
