Trump Proven Correct As Over 1.2 Million Ineligible Voters Removed From LA Voter Rolls
DC Enquirer ^ | March 1, 2023 | Reed Cooper

Over 1.2 million registered voters have been removed from Los Angeles County, California voter rolls due to not voting in recent federal elections and failing to respond to notices since 2022, according to Judicial Watch.

Judicial Watch agreed to a settlement agreement with L.A. County in 2019 after suing them for violating the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) by failing to properly maintain the county’s voter rolls.

“That’s a massive tool for fraudsters seeking fraudulent ballots to cast. Who knows how many invalid registrations exist across the country?” Former Missouri State Senator, John Loudon, wrote in a post on Truth Social on Tuesday.

Judicial Watch’s lawsuit was filed in 2017 to “force the cleanup of Los Angeles County’s voter rolls.”

The agreement resulted in LA County having to annually detail how many inactive voters have been removed from their voter rolls.

According to a report from Judicial Watch, “The agreement also required the office of the secretary of state to send a written advisory to all county clerks/registrars of voters in California stating that current federal law requires the cancellation of a registrant who has failed to respond to an official notice and who then fails to vote, offers to vote, correct the registrar’s record.”

“This long overdue voter roll clean-up of 1.2 million registrations in Los Angeles County is a historic victory and means California elections are less at risk for fraud,” the President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton, said in a statement.

“The county had allowed more than 20% of its registered voters to become inactive without removing them from the voter list,” Judicial Watch reported.

“There was so much Voter Fraud & Irregularities in the 2020 Presidential Election that it amazes me how weak and ineffective Fox News is at portraying itself in the lawsuit against them,” 45th President and leading 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump wrote on Tuesday in a post on Truth Social.

Earlier last year, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled all mail-in ballots not containing the required date on the outer envelope are not allowed to be counted in the 2022 midterm election.

The ruling was in response to a Republican National Committee (RNC) lawsuit over the Pennsylvania law requiring a provided date. The lawsuit asked the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to order counties to separate undated and incorrect ballots from proper ballots.

This is not the first ruling against mail-in ballots by a State Supreme Court.

Just one week prior to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling, Saratoga County Supreme Court Judge Dianne Freestone ruled that New York Democrats “exceeded” the state’s constitution by “violating the spirit of absentee voting.”

In her 28-page decision, she reacted to a signed law from former Governor Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) which allows someone who is “concerned” about COVID-19 to vote by absentee ballot.

She said that Cuomo’s 2020 legislation allows any voter to qualify for an absentee ballot, which violates the constitution.

One month prior, America First Legal (AFL) filed its second lawsuit in Pennsylvania against the Chester County Board of Elections over alleged illegal drop box activity caught on surveillance videos, according to an article published by the AFL.

Pennsylvania election laws require mail-in and absentee ballots to be returned by mail or to the voter, not another individual. One person is only allowed to drop off one ballot, not multiple.

In the 2022 primary election, only 11 out of 13 drop boxes had voter services monitoring the boxes and making sure all election laws were being followed. The remaining two drop boxes, on the other hand, did not have physical voter services monitoring them and were available 24 hours a day.

However, those two drop boxes did have security cameras. The camera footage caught over 330 individuals depositing void, invalid, or multiple ballots at once – all violating Pennsylvania election laws.

I wish they’d throw away registrations completely every three years. So what if we have to reregister. I’d happily do this every three years or hell every year if required.

Who can doubt that many millions of illegal votes were counted in 2020, and not for Trump?

Yes, voter rolls should be cleaned up every year, and yes there were voting irregularities in many places in the 2020 elections, but pay attention to the words I made bold and underlined in the key quote from the article:

"Over 1.2 million registered voters have been removed from Los Angeles County, California voter rolls due to not voting in recent federal elections"

Judicial Watch (and Public Interest Legal Foundation). Doing the job that our political parties refuse to do.

It is an absolute fool’s errand to try to clean up the registered voter rolls. Just wipe them out right after EVERY presidential election. People would be given 42 months to appear in person with picture ID and re-register. If you are a shut-in, the registrar can send a person to your house to re-register you.

Problem solved.

I personally think that every state should totally wipe out the current rolls then make everyone re-register at centerlized locations with both Dem & Rep party people there to witness. Having to prove citizenship and eligibility before they can be registered. The complaint of not being able to get to a registration location, then an appointment could be made for a team to come to them. They can get to places to use their EBT cards, so they can get there also.

“I wish they’d throw away registrations completely every three years. So what if we have to reregister. I’d happily do this every three years or hell every year if required.”

No need. If you are a registered voter, even if you register the day of the election you can vote. A simple database checks off your name when you go vote. You pull the handle, the DB is updated and your name is checked off the list. If you try to vote again, your name is flagged in a report and your vote is rejected. At the close of the polls, a report is generated, which goes to the FEC and local authorities.

If someone wants to bring boxes of ballots, have at it. They are accountable for ensuring all the ballots are genuine and all voters are registered. If there is no registration on file or if the vote has already been counted, the accountable person will be held responsible and the votes that are not legitimate rejected.

Unfortunately progressives will scream that historically marginalized people should not be burdened with having to register repeatedly. Not unlike the argument they shouldn’t have to physically show up in person at a voting place to cast a ballot.

It is obvious the Republicans are more concerned about being called racist than they are about election integrity. Their inaction on the issue of election fraud is clear evidence they are complicit.

"Trump Proven Correct As Over 1.2 Million Ineligible Voters Removed From LA Voter Rolls"

Respectfully to Trump and the state senator, why isn't Trump and and the senator warning the states how easy it is to trigger Section 2 of the 14th Amendment, that section a penalty for states where vote-counting fraud has occurred?

"14th Amendment, Section 2: Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State." [Apportionment of Representatives]

Considering the hair-trigger wording of Section 2, "is denied to any" and "or in any way abridged," half the House of Representatives should arguably be out of a job at this time. /semi-sarc

Patriots, the bottom line is this imo. What is your threshold of “pain” for peacefully stopping unconstitutionally big state and federal governments controlled by bully, constitutionally undefined political parties, from oppressing the people under their boots?

The inevitable remedy for ongoing, post-17A ratification, corrupt political party treason (imo)...

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.

If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.

If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.

With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.

In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.

Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.

"Over 1.2 million registered voters have been removed from Los Angeles County, California voter rolls due to not voting in recent federal elections".

That was merely the Democrat reserves. The problem is with the "voters" who were active in the recent federal elections. How many of them were dead or imaginary people? How many were ineligible foreigners, registered under the "Motor Voter" program. Probably several millions.

Names on the voter rolls must be automatically expired after a fixed number of years (how about every 9 years) unless renewed by request of the voter.

And none of this business where "87 names are registered at the same address (a vacant lot)" either. In those cases, a renewal must be done in person at a government office.

No more collecting names at homeless shelters or churches. Initial voter registration must be done at a government office with proof of ID. Renewals can be handled by mail or online service unless the name is flagged for "too many names at the same address" or other specified conditions.
