Lawmakers from both sides of the aisle weighed in on the migrant rush in El Paso, Texas, on Sunday, with one asking in "what world" does a rush like it "not catch" the eye of the president.
Sunday saw a group of at least 1,000 mainly Venezuelan illegal migrants rush the Paso Del Norte bridge connecting El Paso, Texas, and Mexico in an attempt to enter the United States.
Crowd control measures were used when the group of mainly Venezuelan migrants continued to press forward, though according to sources at the border, the efforts were thwarted.

Both Texas Senators spoke up against this surge and against Biden, even RINO Cornyn.
Dem Texas Rep Veronica Esobar tweeted that Republicans are at fault because they oppose amnesty, but replies to that tweet blamed it on her promises to illegals.

Being that they never entered the United States, they are not illegal migrants.
Obama would have devised an academic style excuse. Biden doesn't know how, and does not care what we think.
My brother and I went down to Padre Island Texas, over forty years ago. Stayed in Brownsville TX for three days and walked across the border every day. Always went down to the market. What striked me the most was you would be walking along and there would be a beautiful compound with protective walls and everything. Two blocks later there were shacks and raw sewage would be running into the street. I am not certain what I felt.
Maybe some people were more fortunate than others. The experience was profound.
For 50+ years, other than Trump's 4 years, the corrupt running government never had any intention of securing our border. Another reason those in government had to get rid of Trump.
Interesting tid bit. Trump was the only president in U.S history to receive public death threats from a Mexican drug kingpin worth billions.

I listend to some of their interviews who stormed with the 1000 and it’s always the same thing.....we just want a better life - I want a better life for my kids - the apps don’t work - one complaint after the other...I waited two months. etc.etc.
