Steve Bannon Lights Up Elon Musk: ‘Total and Complete Phony’ Who ‘Is Owned Lock, Stock, and Barrel by the Chinese Communist Party’
Mediaite ^

Steve Bannon shredded Elon Musk on Friday night, calling the Tesla CEO a “complete phony” who is beholden to the communist regime in China.

Appearing on Tim Pool’s podcast, Bannon was asked about Musk tweeting that he’s “open to the idea” of acquiring Silicon Valley Bank, which went under this week in spectacular fashion. It is the second-largest bank failure in U.S. history.

Bannon threw buckets of cold water on any such acquisition:

He’s owned by the Chinese Communist Party. What are you talking about? Tesla, the only thing of real value is Tesla. He uses it for margin loans. He sells the stock. The Shanghai joint venture is a hundred percent controlled by the CCP. This is why he never goes after the CCP. This is why he always backs off. This is when they had the protest, they had the protest about the lockdowns of Covid. He will not do it.

Elon Musk is a total and complete phony. He is in bed and his business partner–he’s done some good stuff… It’s fine. But, he is owned lock, stock, and barrel by the Chinese Communist Party, and he acts like it.

A clip of Bannon’s remarks was retweeted by Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), who was also a guest on Friday’s show.

Bannon has been saying this for months. He’s probably right, but I’m still grateful that Elon exposed the Twitter-Fed relationship.

Facebook was not exactly an engineering wonder. Right place, right time. If you want to say it was an intel job, you have some leeway. I think though that intel job business is a crank theory.

Thiel really did do great work as a VC guy.

And Musk created the business and technical strategy behind SpaceX, and the rather more “fuzzy” but very real company spirit within SpaceX. All of which dozens, literally, of other companies failed to do, even well financed aerospace companies. That was because Musk took the ordinary way of doing things in aerospace on its head. This was revolutionary. It takes all the qualities that make great men. This “genius” stuff is not something you can just call up from central casting.

I am very aware of “the larger picture” of what it takes to be cutting edge, and make it work.

Bannon is not stable. You cannot make enemies with every person that doesn’t completely agree with your political perspective.

Musk used to be a one hundred percent liberal, now he leans more conservative and exposed the government for its attack on free speech with the twitter files.

Musk just opened up free speech in America and put a light to all the evil going on.

Bannon is a nut and a chicken little.

“Bannon: all talk, no action”

He does more facilitating and aggregating than “action”.

If not for him facilitating the volunteer group of scientists and attorneys with Naomi Wolf, we would know almost nothing about the clot shots.

Him giving us exposure to Darren Beattie and Julie Kelly has provided info on the January 6th evil and lies. Nobody else has done that.

He’s been about the only one giving coverage of East Palestine, and lit a fire under the butts of DC in that regard.

No, I haven’t any idea about the epicycles you guys have to go to to make your theories work.

There is a real world out there, where machines are designed and made, prototyped, tuned for performance and reliability and, very importantly here, designed to be easily manufactured and upgraded. Musk channeled Henry Ford, insisting on design for manufacture, reliability, simplicity, modularity, and minimum cost.

Brilliance in that sort of thing is simply not a commodity.

Sometimes Bannon reminds me of Beck when he was losing it - and Savage when he went off...

I speak a little Mandarin Chinese. I know for a fact that there are Chinese workers working at Tesla in Austin, TX who do NOT speak any English at all. The supervisor who brought them to get my product spoke English, but not the helpers. They were shocked at my ability to produce tonally correct Chinese in phrases and repeat accurately what they taught me to say. All is in our “for what it is worth” department. This nation is completely out of control, but no one has the will to do anything about it.

“wait his turn”

Yes, this is the way country club Republicans think.

It’s what gave us Bush I, Dole, Bush II, McCain, and Romney.

It’s time to lay “wait his turn” to rest.

Except that Musk Men defeated the best the whole world has to offer. Musk Co. rockets bested Boeing, NASA and the Russians

Bannon’s Musk denial is merely savaging his better

Bannon has made and accomplished nothing but the generation of hot air

“Elon Musk is a total and complete phony. He is in bed and his business partner–he’s done some good stuff… It’s fine. But, he is owned lock, stock, and barrel by the Chinese Communist Party, and he acts like it.”

If that’s the case, then I wish more wealthy people would be owned by China. Here’s the latest, since he bought up, exposed, and freed Twitter:

“Chansley (the Jan 6th dude with the horns) got 4 years in prison for a non-violent, police-escorted tour!? Dave Chapelle was violently assaulted on stage by a guy with a knife. That guy got #3000 fine & no prison time.”

The above tweet by Musk was in reply to someone else’s tweet, so there is more context.

Musk’s tweets go out to 129,000,000 people, and they’re mainly not conservatives. I get that he sells a boatload of cars in China, but he’s the best messenger our side has right now, and he also smoked-out Victoria Nuland from the shadows (Ukraine War initiator).

Weird, because I don't listen to Bannon, but I do follow a lot of other TV news shows and radio programs and every single one has devoted time to East Palestine. Some nearly entire hour-long programs, for multiple days. It's almost like you just made that up out of whole cloth.
