The ones I’ve seen just say ‘Restroom’, with both male and female images.
But they don’t let me out much these days, so I don’t know what’s going on now...

What I’ve noticed is that the ‘neutral’ bathrooms stink.
Mens’ bathrooms just aren’t as decent as the Ladies’ ones.
So, women lose again.
