A Florida man is facing multiple charges after police say he opened fire on his roommates after one was naked in his teenage daughter’s room.
Dayne Victor Miller, 44, was arrested at his home early Wednesday after he called police and admitted to shooting at his two adult roommates through a closed bedroom door, the Cape Coral police said in a statement.
According to the official report, Miller told dispatchers that he fired at the pair after learning one of them was naked in his teenage daughter’s room.

Shooting into one’s own floor is hardly an assault, but it would be considered a warning/threat. It was a stupid mistake with no ill intent which could’ve been avoided by people not getting drunk. Hopefully the daughter now knows to lock her door.

This whole thing was very poorly written, but after comparing multiple versions it sounds like The man, his wife and daughter liver there. They rented a bedroom to a married couple who were apparently friends of the homeowner and his wife.
They all stayed up drinking together, got drunk and drunk stuff happened.
I remember a Filipina woman telling her daughter’s BF not to do it. She was 17. They did it she called the cops and he’s now branded a sex offender for life. As if he did it with a child. Technically she was a child. She probably wanted it more than he did.
