LANSING, Mich - The Michigan House has passed House Bill 4004 by a 56 to 53 vote which repeals the Right to Work Law in Michigan.
The legislation will now to go the Michigan Senate. If the Senate approves the legislation it will then move to Governor Whitmer's desk for approval.
The legislation was pushed by the Democrats who control the House, Senate, and the Governor's office.

Say goodbye to business in MI.
Union payoff.
you get what you vote for, and now the people of Michigan will suffer longer and harder than many others.
Stolen “elections” [2018, 2020, 2022] have consequences...
Why do employers have no rights these days? Isn’t the employment relationship a two-way negotiation? Instead, all the “rights” go one way.
Michigan has become quite the backwards place. A shame.
The Michigan Democrats are smarter than your average vote-rigging bears.
With the help of their pals across the aisle, they've managed to steal the last 3 "elections" in Michigan.
At least they should be honest about naming the new bill: “The compulsory join the union, pay union dues, enrich the unions, and make ‘campaign contributions’ to demonicrats” bill.
This is part of why we left CT in 2006 for FL.
That’s only the start of the money river. The union bosses make “campaign contributions” to demonicrats. The lucre is split between the pols and union bosses.
They sure do, in this case Michigan will go further into a pit, while the nearest Red States around Michigan will flourish.
My theory is as the Blue States get crazier and crazier, Red States will prosper and get more and more Red.
The National Divorce that Marjorie Taylor Green talked about won’t happen in real terms but it will happen in practical terms.
Minnesota here we come.
Unreal.
Always plan the next battle. If Michigan goes ahead with the repeal, unions will then pivot to reimposing mandatory dues on people who have gotten a taste of living free. (RTW in Michigan is relatively recent.) That will create a backlash. The counterattack should be immediate. And RTW folks need to be smart about it. Every time, in every workplace that is going back under the leash, union corruption and political outrages should be hammered. Every time a business leaves the state, hammer the message again. Stay on the offensive.
Look out Tennessee! Here comes what’s left of the American auto industry based in Detroit. Miss and Al, as well will become home to former Detroit manufacturers.
Communists on the march...
Permanent tyranny is upon us..
So then? Will all Walmarts in MI be forced to unionize?
Time to organize the capitol staffers.
$50 per hour to start for a 4 day work week, Paid parental/veternary leave of 4 months per year, seven weeks paid vacation, 100% defined benefit retirement plan vested in 4 years, remote work approved upon request.
I could be a union boss and share the graft with FR.
EC
My thought exactly.
I didn’t vote for them. Whitler killed seniors in nursing homes during COVID, she is despised yet ‘won’ reelection. I believe we’re another highly corrupt State. Detroit was absolute chaos during the 2020 election. 90% of the State is red.
These people are radicals that hate religion. We seem to be at the SHTF.
