Why is the freeper repeating articles over and over again and then begging for money. What happened to this web site? I always gave to them but something happened and it is not for the best.
A couple of days ago in his monologue, Tucker called out McConnell for being filthy rich with Chinese money.
Now this happens.
Hmmmm.
Pushed? Anyone seen Hillary recently?
Trump curse? Asking for a friend.
Wut......wait.....?...did he break a hip...?
Me too....but am at the gym twice a week
Weight all around 100 lbs...leg press double and right hand grip 100lbs...left is 90.
He must be suffering from shell shock.
(Shamelessly appropriated from Rocky).
IMO, this man has spent his entire political career playing a conservative but in the background is perfectly willing, actually prefers, the easy wealth that can be obtained by being SECOND in power. Second tier, Vichy government go-along, get-along. Vocal opposition just loud enough to prompt that first-tier power to dole out table scraps that no one notices.
I remember once when that role netted him (Kentucky) $4.5 Billion funding that helped him stay in office. IMO, he does it all the time.
Yes but it has be an appointment from the same party. It's the law in Kentucky.
I will file this under “when good things happen to bad people.”
The Boomer generation are the worst.
Problem is Governoris a Dem. He’ll appoint a Dem.
When you’re Mitch’s age, the best way to recover from a fall is to make sure your Social Security and Medicare are in order and retire. Going right into assisted living after a long career, isn’t what any American dreams of.
Warning from his puppet masters.
This is MAGA country!!
Oh wait, they might actually try that...
Nevermind.
As I understand it, the state GOP executive committee would submit 3 names from which the Dem guv would have to select McConnell’s replacement.
They’re sure to be RINO hacks.
Ronald Reagan:
“I will not make age an issue of this campaign. I am not going to exploit, for political purposes, my opponent's youth and inexperience,” Ronald Reagan quipped during the 1984 presidential debates when asked if, at 73, he is too old to be President. The line — a classic example of Reagan's sense of humor — even solicited a laugh from Democratic opponent Walter Mondale.

Worth the price he’s doing the work of the democrat anyway
I believe in the “age is just a number” philosophy and that we can do a great deal to influence how we age, which appears you do, too. Of that list I posted, cognitively, Biden only ranks in my estimation as younger than Feinstein. Schumer and Clinton, physically, both seem considerably older than Trump, although they’re both a little younger. McConnell, who this thread was about, isn’t seeming any too young, although sharper than Biden (which isn’t necessarily a good thing in his case).
