WASHINGTON (Reuters) - New intelligence reviewed by U.S. officials suggests that a pro-Ukrainian group carried out the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines last year, the New York Times reported on Tuesday.
There was no evidence that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy or his top lieutenants were involved in the operation, or that the perpetrators were acting at the direction of any Ukrainian government officials, the newspaper reported, citing U.S. officials.

I haven’t read of anything claiming it, but it’s a good guess that the explosives on the one remaining pipeline of Nord Stream One didn’t detonate and have been removed. And yes, potentially it is available for transport. It is also possible that it was not targeted for unknown reasons.
A potential carrot for the Russians or an emergency backup for the Germans?
Never mind that the US Navy was parked over on top of the explosion sites, and US navy planes were circling above for 4 days before the explosions. Good Grief why do they continue to lie to the American people and the world.

Without Nord Stream, Russia does not have that leverage, and Germany had no choice but to go elsewhere for its energy. This decision has only metastasized in the months since.
Your link doesn't even help your case: if no one's willing to take Russia's gas via those pipelines, why spend the capital to repair them? And given the fact they had already been sabotaged before, the only way such a capital investment would be feasible is if security guarantees were included. Would the European nations trust Russian vessels hovering in their waters to protect the pipelines? No. Would Russia trust NATO vessels to protect the pipelines? No.
And so it goes.
