LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Victoria Partridge is still recovering from the attack she endured last month while driving her ride-share.
A group of passengers threw a drink at her while she dropped them off from their Uber ride on June 19. They then assaulted her, stole her tip jar and cell phone, and damaged her car.
That car is the only source of income for her and her husband.

Still suffering mentally and physically, she said she was grateful that some sense of justice was delivered Thursday, as one of the suspects pleaded guilty to a charge in juvenile justice court.
The judge handed down a sentence of nine months in juvenile detention, Partridge said.
"I still didn't get an answer," she said. "I really would like to hear the answer from at least one of these girls [as to] why, why they did it."
Partridge, who attended the hearing, said detectives in the case linked the same group of juvenile girls to another attack that same night. A young woman and her teenage brother were beaten while riding bikes near The STRAT.
Partridge added the detective told her there was a third man robbed and attacked that night, but he chose not to give a victim statement.
The car was repaired and paid in full by Uber, Partridge told News 3. She did not have medical coverage, however, and she is afraid of mounting medical debt. A GoFundMe page has been created to help with her costs.

Yeah, don’t bother looking. It’s exactly what you think.
Gang of black girls assaults older white/Asian woman.
Uber policy states that no one is allowed a firearm.
If a passenger sees it, even claims to see one, the driver loses the job.
Uber wishes their drivers harm, and hours they die so new drivers can come in for less pay.
That’s not opinion, it’s not perspective. It is an observation, and it’s a fact.
Anyone who disarms you wishes to see you hurt or killed.
Avoid, says Scott Adams.
I have a friend that does Uber and I keep nagging her to get a taser.
Spit some Beechnut in that feral’s eye...
Even if she had a gun, shooting a bunch of unarmed black girls, no matter how violent or aggressive, will create a legal nightmare.
But you are correct, Uber would rather see a dead driver than a multi million dollar lawsuit.
She should have run them over with her vehicle.
“I still didn’t get an answer,” she said. “I really would like to hear the answer from at least one of these girls [as to] why, why they did it.”
They would say they attacked her because they hate white people.
Great thinking. I’m sure she was hoping to have an opportunity to run them over after they were finished assaulting her. She was probably thinking that after they get done beating on her hopefully they will walk in front of her vehicle then she can run them down. She probably figured that after they arrested her for assault with a deadly weapon they would realize that she was actually a victim and then would say no reasonable prosecutor would indict her so they would let her go. And of course since the teens were guilty of a crime her insurance company would not have to pay for their injuries. Too bad you weren’t there to help her decide
Shocker (race of attackers). /s
Asking that stupid question is a waste of time...
These ferals are bred, born, raised, and educated for unending hatred and violence...
There are sadly few states that will allow an assaulted driver to do that legally after the robber has discontinued the encounter. Texas is one of the few that do; many other states (including ones that are otherwise good on self-defense matters) will do an impression of the SNL Church Lady, finger wag, tell you that two wrongs don’t make a right then charge you with 2nd degree attempted homicide.
In Texas the only thing you can’t do to someone taking off with your stuff is execute them. That scene in the movie Collateral where Vince retrieves his briefcase from the thieves, per my attorney, is completely legal in Texas except for the very last shot into the guy on the ground.
Specifically, this scene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oEFPcljAXgs
But they kept coming back into the vehicle, she should have used the vehicle to protect herself.
I agree with Mr. Adams on that one.

Too bad we can’t send them back to Africa.
