Looks like they. are sending old arms to war. We are still using 70 year old B52s and the M16 is is getting close to 6o years old. I guess we have Desperate arms also.

The B52 is constantly updated with new technology and instruments and avionics and engines. And the M16 is an old design, but the rifles themselves are replaced fairly often. The Army and Marines have drawn some M14s out of storage, but they are far from worn out.
