I get the digs at Hillary, Jeb and even to some extent Cruz.
Time marches on and a trick that drags on too long becomes a drag. And it only works as long as your base enjoys it. Many strong Trump supporters, myself included, actually like Desantis and do not like seeing Trump try to make fun of him.
And Trump does have a weakness - Desantis does not seem to have the incredibly bad judgment in choosing subordinates and advisors that seems to really haunt Trump.
There may just be a nick name an opponent can hang on Trump on that one.
I don’t know what Trump calls folks unless he posts or says it.
I do know what TMZ would have us believe about Trump.
His first six months were good. Then he was interested in his inauguration numbers. Lol. That took up a year. He got his tax cuts which look fine until you see the sunset on them in 2025. That’s going to be fun trying to find blame for that.
Considering who Ron DeSantis has backing him EVERY RINO group on the planet I would be VERY CAREFUL to disparage Trump!! Trump in the long run IS ALWAYS right!! Just remember that VERY SUCCESSFUL governors were Jeb Bush, George W. Bush, we ALL believed in them YET they OBEYED the swamp, they ARE GLOBALISTS!!! The globalists, WEF does not care how DeSantis runs his state, HOWEVER they will NEVER let him run this nation in the same way, they flood him with money THEN he owes them!! He was at Club For Growth instead of CPAC, Karl Rove instead of grass roots, THAT is ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW!!!

This obviously can backfire. Even if it wins him the nomination, it can cast him votes from ardent DeSantis voters in the general. And that’s even without the thought that two can play this game. It wouldn’t help him to have people start calling him Don the Con, or Donald Troubled, or Dump the Rump.
