Are you going to die on me, Pyle? Don’t do that. That will break my effin’ heart.
The military took fatboys all the time back in the 60s. They whipped them in shape in boot camp.
And 75 percent of the politicians in Washington D.C. are not fit to serve.
Maybe these woke idiots shouldn’t have kicked out thousands of perfectly healthy soldiers who decided not to inject the vax poison.
Regarsing obesity, something is going in other than just sedintary lifestyle. My doctor recently told me that weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise.
A friend of mine is convinced there are different ingredients in commercial food processing than there was say 50 years ago.
I suspect bread making is one issue and high fructose corn syrup is another culprit.
Reality based virtual reality. Video game geeks are thrilled.
A long time ago (Vietnam era) when I got drafted, the basic training regimen was such that thing kids bulked up and fat kids slimmed down. I went from 190 lbs, to 175 and was hard as a rock.
Leave me alone sir, I’m woke.
Sounds like they are getting set up to add a lot more non-citizens to our military.
I say more because we already do it, and have for many years, as a path towards citizenship.
We are loaded with fat video gamer kids. The military needs war machine that can ber operated by fat video gamers. Simple.
The country as it stands today is not worthy.
Maybe someday in the future, but until then patriots should stay home to defend their families and homeland.
Probably because they insist on using me, him, he, her, and she.
75%??? You’re way low, man.
Besides the terrible diet, also contributing are our screen culture, climate-controlled buildings and a massive decrease in strenuous physical labor. Supposedly grip strength in folks under 30 is much, much weaker than previous generations. I suppose that’s probably been happening since the industrial revolution to some extent though.

I was in very good shape when I went in the Air Force, so it was no big deal for me. Most in my BT Flight were in pretty good shape. Of course, this was more than fifty years ago and things were a lot different then, as living a sedentary lifestyle was a rarity.
Who wants to fight and die for the United States of Pfizer?

I think they're both right but I'd modify the doctor's statement, it's about 98% diet and 2% exercise. The 24 hour gyms don't want that put out though, they love to push the idea that somebody who is 100 lbs overweight can pay them $75 a month and exercise themselves thin, it doesn't work that way.
Our modern sugar laden processed food diet is killing us. It doesn't help that pretty much everything taught about nutrition over the last 50 years is completely wrong.
