I would bet a significant amount of personal wealth on this prediction.

They will do it anyways. Why pay for the alcohol and you can take it for free?

The only thing this will do is make other blacks angry they aren’t getting da money. So if every descendent of a shave beets $336k a family of 10 is looking to net $3.6 million. Not they can buy the ghetto. Going to create more gibsmedats
Exactly right. They would infer:
1. We got $350k, they are rich, there is more where that came from. Time to steal!
2. Resentment of whitey will reach new heights because people don’t like being kept like pets and being told they are useless, the only way to get ahead is to take “reparations” money.
Basic human nature. It is SO predictable.
Besides, it it worked and following their “logic,” the $25 TRILLION we have already paid should have brought the crime rate down to zero. Why didn’t it?
The only way to reduce black crime is for blacks to return to a wholesome lifestyle. Repent and return to Christ. Stop having illegitimate children. Get married, stay married. Value education and demand a quality education. Have a strong work ethic, live within your means, stop with the envy. Return to strong moral values and demand the same from your community. And, of course, shun drugs and alcohol.
Probably a few things, but this should be a good start. Money does not solve problems arising from a sinful lifestyle.
Where to start. So they will pay these “reparations” and then claim there is still discrimination so more needs to be paid, more “equity” needed against white men.
Isn’t California majority minority? So the minorities are being penalized, or they are stealing, I guess both.
The most leftist state owes blacks all this money. Go figure.
And the solution to the “busting in” should be a gun behind the counter, but they outlawed that so they can steal the $360k and still keep “busting in”.
Because of course there is no linkage to getting the money and any kind of good behavior.

More like big box and jewelry stores, stealing electronics and bling. And yes, there is only one way to stop it — increase the penalty and enforce the law.
Just a silly thought on the subject
Since a great many of the desendents of slaves are mixed race would the payments be prorated for the number of White ancestors the recipient had?
My grandchildren are 50% black 50% white (to the best of my knowledge).
Would they only get $180,000?
They absurdity of this reparations idea only gets more and more apparent as you consider it rationally,.
Won’t take six months and they’ll have blown through the reparations cash and everything will be back as it was.
