But the police weren’t called on them. They charged her well after the fact. And it wasn’t the business owner who pressed charges. The authorities did this after seeing the video. The fact they have the authority to charge her with a crime is a travesty

Police watched the video later. IMO, most likely, the profanity, the obscene gestures, the in-your-face yelling, and the threat to have him kicked out of town did her in.
I know nothing about “ethnic intimidation” law in PA, but some websites say it’s a 3rd degree misdemeanor. Again, I don’t think she should go to jail. But, people should be able to work and do business in peace without harassment.
