The release on Thursday of parts of a report from a grand jury in Georgia that investigated election interference by Donald Trump and his allies offers the most recent evidence of his growing legal exposure.

At least three teams of prosecutors — two state, one federal — are considering charges against him. In Georgia, the Fulton County district attorney, Fani Willis, is reviewing the grand jury report and said recently that a decision on whether to bring charges was “imminent.”

At the Justice Department, the special counsel Jack Smith is examining Mr. Trump’s role in the Jan. 6 insurrection and attempts to overturn the 2020 election, as well as his handling and retention of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. And in New York, Manhattan’s district attorney, Alvin Bragg, is reported to be presenting evidence to a grand jury about Mr. Trump’s role in paying hush money to the pornographic film actress Stormy Daniels during his 2016 presidential campaign.

They truly can’t help themselves. Obama must have told his “friends” in the media to “keep up the pressure.”

“Watergate: A New History” …
Hmm. What does that sound like?
Every record has been destroyed or falsified; every book rewritten; every picture has been repainted; every statue and street building has been renamed; every date has been altered. And the process is continuing, day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.

— Winston Smith, 1984
Yeah; thought so.

Trump won’t be indicted by the courts the two pickaninnies , “Jack Off” Smith, & Garland are involved with.

It’s “boob bait” for anti Trump partisans.

They’ve been tuning in for 7 years, with nothing to show for their ignorant stupidity.

“The walls are closing in” or “ I think they’ll get Trump.....I think they’ll get Trump.” They might as well be barking at the moon to change the weather forecast for tomorrow.

Actually there are similarities. The Dims hated Nixon ever since he almost single handedly dropped the hammer onto the Dim communist spy Alger Hiss. So later when Nixon covered up the Watergate spies, the Dims had an opportunity.

Decades later Trump came along threatening to drain the swamp and put Hillary into prison. So the Dims (Obama and Biden) had the government's FBI spy on Trump and look for anything they could to hope to take him down.

Settlements happen constantly. Nothing even slightly illegal about somebody making a false accusation given chicken feed to go away with no admission of guilt. Light years cheaper than fighting it in court. This is like if your daughters wedding is planned for a church one day, and the homeless bombers camped on the sidewalk and he will go away for fifty cents.

I predict Biden having the DOJ arrest Trump, hold him without bail, and then convict him in absentia right before the primaries. Once Joe Biden installs himself he will show what a great guy he is and pardon Trump.

Sure we deploreables will be outraged but since when do our masters care what we think?

If Trump is indicted in Georgia and found guilty by a Fulton County jury, Biden couldn’t pardon him even if he wanted to (and there’s no way he would want to). It would be up to the governor of Georgia and he probably would demand that Trump abase himself and beg for a pardon before even considering one.

Hence why I posited Biden will have his DOJ take it over and make it a federal “conviction” no matter how bogus it is. I do not put anything past that den of evil vipers.

Nixon and Trump are both setups. Neither committed any crimes.

In my humble opinion, Nixon’s only crime was being loyal to those who worked for him. If he cut them loose early and quickly, again in my humble opinion, he never would have resigned.

Yea, but it does give the Anti-Trump DeSantis Supporters hope.

*******************

It’ll take more than hope to derail the 45th President.

DeSantos should play coy, collect money from Republican opponents of Trump , while promoting his book for about three months, but eventually “cut bait” and not run.

We should find out if he’s dumb or smart in three months.

Makes sense.

Then DeSantis would be in a good position to run in 2028.
