U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland is testifying today at a Senate Judiciary Committee oversight hearing, and in doing so is helping to remind us why we can’t stand him.
GRAHAM: “Are you concerned that if a biological male is sent to a female prison, that could be a risk to female prisoners?”
GARLAND: "Every person in prison has to be dealt with dignity and respect.” pic.twitter.com/Gj0KswY88O

Transcript:
Lindsey Graham: “When it comes to federal prisons, are you aware that 1200 prisoners are requesting to be sent from a male prison to a female prison?”
Merrick Garland: “I’m not, no.”
Graham: “OK. Um, what is our policy when it comes to allowing a male prisoner to be transitioned into a female prison?”
Garland: “Uh, I think, uh, if you’re generally asking the question of how, um, trans people are dealt with in the Bureau of Prisons, my understanding, um, is that these are, uh, determinations about, um, uh, where they’re placed or where people are placed in general have to do with individualized determinations regarding the security of that individual, um, and the management of the prison, these are done on a case-by-case basis. That’s my understanding.”
Graham: “Are you aware of any policy guidelines that they use to make that determination?”
Garland: “I think there is a policy guideline along the lines that I just said, that, that, they are …”
Graham: “I would like for the Bureau of Prisons to send it to us. Are you concerned that if a biological male was sent to a female prison, that could be a risk to female prisoners?”
Garland: “I think every, uh, uh, person in prison has to be dealt with, uh, with dignity and respect. Uh, that determinations of the safety questions you’re talking about have to be made on an individualized basis.”
We get that the “Hon.” in front of his name is kind of the way these things are done, but truth be told, there’s nothing remotely honorable about Garland’s position.
Uh no, no they do not!

Putting rapey dudes in lady prisons isn't a problem if the rapey dudes understand that every person in prison has to be treated with dignity and respect but unfortunately there are some reasons why people typically end up in prison. https://t.co/fd67URo0gH

Nailed it.
Not an answer.

It’s not an answer. But it still says a lot about Garland. And none of it’s good.
We’ve said it before, but it bears repeating: We really dodged a bullet when the Senate GOP filibustered his SCOTUS nomination.

They killed Scalia and tried to replace him with this evil prick. And we are supposed to believe we have to find common ground with these bastards.
There are males and females. The word “biological” is correct but superfluous. “Trans male” and “trans female” are terms with no basis in reality. “Delusionary male” and “delusionary female” are good replacements.
Does that go for female prisoners who fear they will get raped by trannies?
This argument brought down the first minister in Scotland.
It will not play well.
Just think, this piece of excrement almost became a Supreme Court justice. Although, it really doesn’t matter since all nominees from Rat pResidents are wack jobs. That Jackson witch doesn’t know what a woman is. It defies science, logic and common sense. How in the world can anyone expect them to make fair and just decisions that are in line with the constitution?
It’s no longer an argument over policy, this is luciferian. It has now been distilled down to purely evil vs. good. As prophesied.
Seriously. Think about this OBSESSION with transgender, gender dysphoria, etc., and getting KINDERGARTNERS on board with acceptance of this NONSENSE..
WHY? Read my initial comment above, it explains EVERYTHING.
Perhaps Merrick Garland should spend a weekend locked in a prison cell with a couple of biological male prisoners just to confirm there is no risk to female prisoners.
Think about it. It’s a potential new money tree for the left. Scatter a few trans “women” into female prisons. The “birds and the bees” take over. You suddenly have a steady stream of pregger prisoners needing abortions, for which our taxes pay, of course. And voila, another money tree for the left.
Wheres the “dignity and respect” for the females in the prisons ???
Wheres the so called need for “safety” for the females ???
Will the males agree to have their males parts removed before they are moved to the female prisons ???
Except natural females who happen to be in prison. I don't know ... maybe it's part of the punishment.
Garland should not be an AG.
As far as I’m concerned, they can go to a female prison only if they lose their male parts.
Maybe one of the rapees will sue him personally for denying the obvious. Evil he definitely is.
Garland is evil.
I prefer “pretendagirl” and “pretendaboy” as the new words.
Garland doesn’t refuse to admit anything he’s afraid to tell the truth. Societal morés has put fear into him and the law will be perverted unless he chooses speak the truth.
Having a person of his position in federal government and who is afraid to speak the truth is NOT a good thing.
He may be either afraid or under orders. Question is, who’s he afraid of?
