I love how you Trumpers make excuse after excuse for his failures.

His bad hires are due to “advisors”.
His bad endorsements are due to “family”
His inability to reign in Fauci was due to states.

Sorry, but the Great Barrington Declaration put a LIE to all the Covid restrictions in October 2020. Trump should have fired Fauci straight away.

But Trump thought it might hurt his re-election chances, so he did nothing and let the nation suffer.

With regard to DeSantis. You call him a back-stabber, but he delivered Florida for Trump in 2020 and paid back his debt to Trump. He owes Trump NOTHING.

Re: 12 - We have our share of disagreements, but you are spot on regarding the blame game.

The only thing that does not seem to come up is President Trump’s decision to ban bump stocks. His agency, and his decision, so there’s no room for excuses.

Every President and Governor makes mistakes or policy errors. What makes it worse is simply believing that they are incapable of error.

No. Again you post conclusions based on inaccurate assumptions.
Again Trump is supposed to have been elected emperor.
It is cunning how you ignore the record of the senate confirmations withheld, the slowest confirmations in America’s history. You pretend Trump had a free hand in selecting advisors when it is clear that he had to select those that McConnell agreed to bring to the floor. Even the candidates that looked as though they could be trusted were often plants.

Trump brought in some real talent; he brought in some advisors with experience in particular areas for the exposure to their opinions. In business you bring in the people with the greatest expertise often with diverging opinions so that the man in charge hears both sides and can decide. You don’t bring in people on the basis of ideological purity but on the basis of experience, intelligence and competence in an area. Then you weigh and consider. When a problem is solved & a new one is underway you shift advisors to get the best mix in the new area.

Fauci was marginalized when his incompetence and his basic duplicity were exposed. That marginalization needed to be gradual if it was not to cause panic in Americans who were systematically lied to by the Left, the MSM(the left),and mouthpieces for Pharmy and so afraid for their lives. One of your main duplicities is to pretend Trump made his decisions on Fauci through the lens of being re-elected. You obviously are emotional rather than logical. The chaos the left would have caused by Trump “removing” Fauci rather than marginalizing him would have paralyzed the Nation.

The Governors had the power to act according to the science. They did not need to follow Fauci and many did not. There were saner voices like Scott Atlas who disseminated the truth and called out lies. Your fixation on removing Fauci has no basis since he could be & was ignored. Fauci is a montebank, motivated by his desire for $, fame and approbation. Like the VA, the NIH has been infiltrated by many without a moral compass nd it’s mission has been compromised. The VA was addressed under Trump after decades of incompetence and malfeasance. The NIH is overdue for a serious cleansing of the stables & rededication to the health & welfare of Americans...but not in the middle of a pandemic.

Your points are rants not logic or the depictions of reality.
Beware least in you desire to destroy Trump and glorify DeSantis you beclown yourself. The proverb “the thief cries thief” is a valid one. The motives you project ton Trump reflect you much more clearly than they reflect Trump. The white knight you create of DeSantis is more construct than a true rendition of experience, actions, alliances, faults and statements.

let’s look at what’s happening...the dems are detecting a Chisum and trying to exploit it...I support both Trump an DeSantis... my warning to DeSantis supporters is that a good percentage of perceived support for a run in 2024. is actually ground prep by democrat operatives. the hopes is to paralysis the republican party enough to win the presidential election. Advice to everyone don’t say anything that destroys the viability of either DeSantis or Trump. While I would suggest to DeSantis his time to run is 2028 it is also a decision that is his to make. I would also suggest trumping supporters that they need to realize that to win an election we need a united party and that DeSantis and his supporters needs to be treated with respect.

And Trump delivered the Florida Governorship to DeSantis in 2018 that Ron was losing. Without Trump there would be no Ron DeSantis. BTW: I’m no apologist, I’m a realist. RDS is bought and paid for by the people that got us into this current mess.
