You absolutely don’t understand how the power hierarchy works in Russia. Putin just does NOT need to bribe anyone. He may just ORDER everyone. And make it accountable if the order will not be fulfilled. And his accountable means a prison time for violator and the fining him for all his property and money. You may try to run of course but with your bare ass only if you could get away.
And yeah you may get a bonus but AFTER you fulfill the order with success.
In such system of power the boss just doesn’t need to bribe no one.
