Thomas Armstrong failed to properly supervise his 12 year old child.
Not sure how the law works in that state, but in many places
the two 16 year-olds would be charged with killing the 12 year old. But the “Armstrongs” have “insurance” on their minds for a reason — they think they won the lottery.
Quick correction typo or no —- Some dude in a hospital gown wandering around probably is pretty dangerous — to himself and others.

A 12-16 year old criminal with a gun and shooting at you can kill you just as dead as a 30 year old criminal shooting at you.
I see no reason not to shoot back to defend yourself.
That reminds me of the ‘Golden Spike’ story I have heard. ‘Gypsies’ claim their ancestors removed a ‘golden spike’ that nailed Jesus to the cross, and because of that they were allowed to steal.

I once had a neighbor kid threaten to “BURN MY HOUSE DOWN WITH ME IN IT”-—he was about 10. I was about 30. About 1970 or so.
I told him he better get me with his first attempt—because I would shoot him & ONLY I would be talking to the judge-—HE would be in the morgue with a toe tag.
The very next day I contacted local officials-—got neighbors to sign a petition—the whole group was given 10 days to move out of area. Cops gave us EXTRA patrols until they were gone.
I ABSOLUTELY WOULD HAVE SHOT HIM-—NO QUESTION-—YOUNG AGE OR NOT. He was downright scary. Suspect he is in prison—if even still alive.
THE GUN DOESN’T CARE HOW OLD YOU ARE.

I never thought I would be happy to see a 12-year-old shot and killed, but I guess I have simply had my fill of young black thugz, and now I am beyond happy - I am overjoyed.
