Waco: American Apocalypse, will be released on March 22, and across three 50-minute episodes explore how cult leader David Koresh brainwashed and abused his followers before the FBI raided his Texas compound in a bloody 51-day siege.
The documentary features never-before-seen footage of from inside FBI negotiation units, previously unreleased film captured by news crews on the scene, and CGI imagery to bring viewers onto the frontlines of the siege.
Waco is directed by Tiller Russell, who previously led the Netflix documentaries Night Stalker: The Hunt for a Serial Killer, The Last Narc, Silk Road, and Operation Odessa.
The trailer for American Apocalypse was released Wednesday.

“front line of the siege”, can Netflix be unbiased? I think not Im sure the FBI comes out shining
CGI images. Manipulations?
The hilLIARy propaganda so soon?
Does it mention that the only 2 police killed were former Clintoon bodyguards, and they were both killed by ‘friendly fire’?
Yep.
At one time, I owned all three movies of the Rules of Engagement series (Michael McNulty films). I still have at least one of them, on VHS.
Netflix could buy a clue from them.
Netflix...down with netflix.!
I remember seeing that.. Some officers go through the window, and then another, from outside the window, sprays the room with automatic fire...
Am I remember that right.??
As a graduation speaker at many sessions of Federal training classes I always reminded the graduates that they were to enforce the law as written, not in a manner that they might think it should be and, certainly not in a heavy handed manner! Back at that time. the admonishments used to include "You don't want to be named in the Washington Post/New York Times". Now, it seems, the more outrageous the conduct of Federal law enforcement, the higher the praise of the mainstream media while State/Local Law Enforcement actions are held to a far different account...
I think the people following David were a bunch of loons.
They Koresh bunch had every right to be looney.
The BATF had no right to go loony hunting in an effort to boost their annual Government funding.
The FBI only got involved after the ATF screwed up their panty raid and got some agents killed in the process.
It was Government gone mad for the umpteenth time and a stain on BATF leadership that should have resulted in the entire agencies dissolvement, followed by the FBI.
...and here we are years later and both those murdering agencies are alive and well and still allowed to go after “We the People”.
FBI propaganda, trying to maintain its positive image in the public.
“I think the people following David were a bunch of loons”
Maybe. But I don’t think that deserves the death penalty for dogs, women, and children.
and men ...
I just watched a French movie on Netflix called “THE WOLF’S CALL”. You probably need to use the search function to find it but well worth the time. Right up there with the “The Hunt for Red October” quality. The English dubbing is good enough but it would have been even better to have been able to watch it in its original French.
FBI/ATF/Local Le. Could have walked up to Koresh alone at any time when he was out and around town and taken him for questioning.
This whole FIASCO. Was 10,000% ATF fault. and was completely needless.
This was theater to showplace how “needed and crucial” the ATF was and get more funding and grow the agency.
Ask Lake Barrett regarding their Three Mile Island docudrama.
So? Did they deserve to be murdered because they were “loons”?
