China's top diplomat told one of President Vladimir Putin's closest allies on Tuesday (Feb 21) that Beijing's relationship with Moscow was "rock solid" and would withstand any test in a changing international situation.
China's "no limits" partnership with Russia has come under scrutiny in the West after the United States said it was concerned that Beijing might be considering supplying weapons to Russia a year since the invasion of Ukraine.
At a meeting in Moscow, Wang Yi told Nikolai Patrushev, secretary of Russia's powerful Security Council, that he looked forward to discussions about security.

Russia and China were this close long before war started in the Ukraine.
If anything, China is mad at Russia because they didn’t take over Ukraine as soon as Russia and Obama promised they would.
IF China decides to put its full manufacturing capacity behind Russia, the tonnage delivered against Ukraine will triple.

Since Nixon went to China it has been a goal to stop Russia/USSR and China from combining forces. Biden has been in DC the entire time. You would think after enough repetition something would reach his pea brain. Obviously not.

That's a ridiculous statement in so many ways. Nixon did next to nothing to drive China and USSR apart. That happened long before he was president. It started happening in the 50s, and the formally broke in 1961. (Although, as always they sometimes worked together.)
The war in the Ukraine did not bring China and Russia closer. They already were working together. If anything, China has been annoyed with Russia, because the promised the war would be over quickly.

It is a hypothetical situation which will never happen.
For Russia the one-polar world is bad. But when there will be 2 poles in the world then it is stable good and Russia may choose whose pole will fit her interests better.
Right now US goes hostile on Russia in Ukraine so Russia goes to China and strengthen her relations with her. For China it is a Russian energy with discount prices and Russian military as allies. And CHina only land border thru which she can be invaded (Northern) will be reliable and peaceful.
SO China hands become untied to push US out of Asia. And Russia will help with it to retaliate for Ukraine involvement.
