A new wave of mobilisation in Russia may affect full-time students in higher education institutions.
Source: Press service of Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence
Quote: "The Russian Federation is taking measures to ensure the next wave of mobilisation. Currently, they are actively building up capabilities to ensure the mass mobilisation of students from higher education institutions."
Details: According to Defence Intelligence, so-called "notification stations" are being set up to assist military enlistment offices in delivering enlistment notices to full-time students.
Defence Intelligence found out that, in particular, the leadership of Novosibirsk State Pedagogical, Tomsk Polytechnic, and Tomsk State Pedagogical Universities issued documents obliging the departments of the institutions to allocate a certain number of students and employees to work at "notification stations".

“With Russia’s population base, this student recruitment drive is not necessary for the Ukraine War.”
With Russia’s shrinking and fleeing population base, it very well may be.
It is just ukie propaganda.
Putin is willing to sacrifice an entire generation of Russian youth so he and his friends can get rich off of Ukrainian oil and gas.==
Ukie oil and gas? Where it is? I hear this first time. If you say a coal that there are some near Lviv. But ukies have no oil or gas.
You are being ridiculous trying to compare a security company to an army that is leading the biggest war in Europe since WWII.
Evidently, you don’t know what the Wagner group is doing and what it is.
That’s not what is happening. The best case for Ukraine is 1.88, not 3.48.
Next issue as to motivation: https://brilliantmaps.com/wp-content/uploads/fight-for-Europe.png Both are willing to fight. These aren’t liberal secular nihilistic Western Europeans that believe in nothing. Both are similar, and in fact that is in reality how you should look at this, it’s more a civil war between brothers than anything else. Both languages are similar, both are Slavic, both are orthodox, both come from a similar origin have been economically tied forever... Who is not from there is Joe Biden, George Soros, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Schwab, Steinmeier, Stoltenberg, Rishi Sunak, the Rothchilds (no it’s not a theory, rather a fact: https://www.reuters.com/article/ukraine-eurobonds/ukraine-picks-rothschild-as-advisor-hopes-for-debt-swap-idUSL8N1LO3RP)... all the folks that were the cause for this war because they wanted Ukraine in NATO and the EU. It’s the big multinational corporate interests and financial institutions, the supra national organizations that want to grow like NATO and the EU... they gambled and they lost.
It was very clear from day one that Russia was going after the ethnic Russian areas because they have no interest in a protracted drain as they had in the Soviet Union where they were keeping things together: https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/worldviews/files/2013/12/Ethnolingusitic_map_of_ukraine.png
Ukraine is not fighting to not get wiped out. Ukraine is fighting to try to hold onto areas that are ethnic Russian, which they mostly already lost. They are fighting because economic interests wanted Ukraine in NATO and the EU, because outsiders like the US injected themselves. How is losing ~20% of your land and population, a major port city and industrial area (near all the Russian’s objectives), while failing to achieve NATO and EU membership (the political goals) “winning?” https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/36a7f6a6f5a9448496de641cf64bd375
It’s not the Russian economy that is decimated, it’s Ukraine’s. It’s not the Russians that have a destroyed infrastructure, it’s Ukraine. It’s not Russia that has massive refugees flooding Europe, the US... it’s Ukraine. Ukraine right now cannot even pay their civil servants were it not for EU and US money infusions.
Winning? LOL
Gotcha, sorry.
........I think that to some undeterminable and irrelevant “at this point” degree that you are substantially correct in your assessment.
