EAST PALESTINE, Ohio - Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine on Tuesday visited the homes of East Palestine residents and drank tap water from each in an effort to reassure village residents that their municipal water supply is safe for human consumption.
Joining DeWine were U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Michael Regan, U.S. Rep. Bill Johnson, R-Marietta, and first lady Fran DeWine. "That's good," Regan said as he swallowed a mouthful of Carolyn Brown's tap water.

Hollywood sip , they sure didn't empty their glass of water, none of them did.
Looking at their throats, didn't see any swallow movement, ,,,
,,,,I think they all did a Hollywood sip.
They faked it imho.
Drank the cool-aid more likely...
DeWine is a hundred y/o. No biggie if he croaks.
I’m sorry, I read it as.
“That’s good,” Regan said as he swallowed a mouthful of Carolyn’s Brown tap water.
Would it surprise anyone here were it edited from what I thought it said to what was published?
Just because it doesn’t taste yukky now doesn’t mean it’s safe
/-)
1st time I read
“Carolyn’s Brown tap water.”
I paused,,
thinking
“ the tap water didn’t look brown “
what,,?
then read it again and realized Brown was her name ,
not a description of her water.
Sure is a tough spot for a political hack. Cause panic by not drinking, or drink to calm fears. I guess it depends who pays the most? Don’t want to demonize the railroads, but probably want to demonize the political adversaries.
I vaguely recall something here in California from the early 1980’s - there was some politician or bureaucrat who drank a big glass of bug spray water (sprayed to kill the fruit flies that were killing orchards) to prove it was safe. He got cancer and died a few years later... but I can only vaguely recall this incident maybe others can fill in the blanks.
likely photo op to get more people to submit to being treated like pawns, expendable in the elites plans.
Oh, wait! The fish died. Never mind.
The chemical was malathion.
You can really screw up the meaning with a misplaced apostrophe!
Carolyn Brown’s water or Carolyn’s Brown water.
Also, a comma or two...
A panda eats shoots and leaves vice a panda eats, shoots and leaves.
Yup
In fact
Vinyl chloride is a colorless gas that, at high levels,
has a mild,
,,..... sweet ,,,,,odor.
Might taste sweet too.
What do they think this is...1960? Look everyone, I’m getting vaccinated, see how safe it is? Give me a break. There is no way in 2023 this ploy could work on anyone, is there?
Honest folks, the tapwater is safe. See? Mmm, yum yum, you can drink it too.
Sad. Pathetic.
Cause panic by not drinking, or drink to calm fears
Or Hollywood sip.
Anyone see any of them
empty
their glass ?
.

/\
Thanks for pointing that out.
What’s weird, is that I didn’t type that out with a misplaced ‘ on her first name
I cut and pasted from the article,,
,, and auto incorrect must have rewritten it
as it does on me a lot.
Like some Mission Impossible plot, the water source was diverted and the supposed tap water was Perrier.
There was a scandal long ago where Barbra Streisand, Bob Dylan and others lost millions on a phony oil well investment deal. They watched in wonder as a spigot was opened from the source and oil poured onto the dirt in front of them.
Turns out there was a pipe from a secret underground tank that drew oil from it, not from the investment area.
Funny.
Fact they keep pulling this little staged ploy tells you all you need to know…
All these videos by folks showing the chemical in the water supply… but yep it’s all safe…
And it’s long term effects are all bad
Watching that governor speak on TV, I can’t believe he has won elections to become OH governor. Such a milquetoast...
Looked like a tiktok challenge for retarded geezers!
