But, I agree, the first set of plaintiffs settled for too little.
The Capitol Hill neighborhood votes 90% Democrat and is majority white.
I will speculate that most Capitol Hill residents do not want public trials that attack Democrat politicians or Democrat issues like George Floyd, BLM, and white racism.

That said, I have no sympathy for those DemonRat voters.
I think it would speak volumes if the people bought a full

Any and all settlements like this should be paid out of the police and city employees pension funds.
So the city steals money from its residents and then commits additional crimes forcing it to pay that money back out.
