What I noticed was, for awhile, a near constant stream of ‘died suddenly’ on the forum. I didn’t want to ‘pile on’ so I waited. Maybe both have to exist in the same terrain, because some people need to ‘see it to believe it’s real’ in died suddenly stories, and others are looking for discussion or next moves.

“Trump was a Good Clinton Democrat until 2012 or maybe even later.”

I’m looking at Trump’s 4 years as President. I don’t care about 2012 or any of the other stuff. Hell, in 2012 I thought Romney was a good pro-American conservative. I only care about how he’ll govern.

LOL! Seriously?

In 2012, I thought Romney was only marginally better than Obama and I was still hesitant to vote for him. Unlike Obama, Romney had a record of banning guns under his belt (as does Trump).

Nonetheless, I held my nose and voted for him as good Republicans do.

Yeah, seriously. I liked Jorge Bush, too. I’m not proud to admit it.

Don't feel bad. I loved Bush!

What a disappointment he turned out to be.

Soros knows Trumps has the odds on his side it’s why Soros keeps popping up about Trump not winning the race,
His fear is showing he knows Trump will go after him and limit his power.

Many countries can’t wait to get their hands on Soros.

Nah, not for me. I don’t accept your characterization that the lockdowns were Trump’s fault. Where I live we were never locked down in our homes. The schools closed for a few months only and reopened pretty quickly. Most businesses stayed open.

It was the governors doing that, mostly democrat governors flexing state-rights muscle. The vaccine is something that in hindsight was a mistake but I don’t blame Trump for it. He trusted the medical community like we all do, or did. Deep state keeps going lower and lower, reaching new lows. Now they have meddled with our medical system and people are starting to distrust all of American medicine now. Is that Trump’s fault? No way.

trump’s “operation warped speech” against desantis for doing things right for us floridians is unwarranted and trump’s fault...

You’ve got to be a special kind of stupid to consider that an “endorsement.”

Dude could dodge flying shoes...

Indeed he could.

He did a few things right.

He denied Al Gore the White House.

He allowed the Assault Weapons Ban to sunset.

He welcomed Ozzy Osbourne to the White House Correspondents Dinner (Ozzy would regard this as one of the proudest moments of his life).

And he had a couple of hot daughters who loved to get drunk and get in trouble, and they were old enough that it was OK to check them out.

But that war in Iraq was a disaster. And his handling of the financial crash in 2008 so poisoned the Republican brand that even the reanimated corpse of Ronald Reagan himself would've lost the upcoming election.

"The ā€œthird party planā€ for Trump may attract a lot of intrigue, but I donā€™t think itā€™s actually that possible under our system, which is designed to prevent ā€œsore losersā€ from sabotaging the winner of the primary of one of our two representative parties bla bla bla I'm about to be schooled ... again."

I'm reposting this here just to spread the Good News Of Trump to droop, and the third Ronlim in here who is so insignificant I can't recall his name lofl...

Joke's on you (bEagle), as usual...

Any party that has made the general election ballot can still swap out the candidate. You only have to beat mail-in ballot headlines.

Given mail-in ballots in a Presidential election year won't be printed anywhere in any state until the last convention affirms their President and VP candidates, Trump could either quietly avatar an "American Party" 3rd-party all along, and swap out before, say, Easter, when the GOP primary winner will have been decided; or he could simply take over the Libertarian or Alliance or Constitution nomination, having quietly ensured that they had a full 50-state ballot rep beforehand.

In fact, he could even change the name of the Alliance or Constitution Party to the "MAGA Party", as long as he made the mail-in ballot printing.

So, suffer President Trump living rent-free in your empty minds. Schadenfreude!

DeSantis has 30 years to go before there would be any talk of him of perhaps being too old.
He should bide his time and continue to build his outstanding resume.
This is Trump’s turn to make the presidency great again and save America.
It’s desperation time. No time for internecine conflict.

What "outstanding resume" is DeSantis going to build after he's term-limited out of the governor's mansion in 2026? He'll be forgotten. He needs to strike while the iron is hot. And right now, it's red hot.

Trump's turn? We don't do turns. It was Dole's turn in '96 a consolation prize because he didn't have a chance.

It was McCain's turn in 2000 but we didn't listen. It was Hillary's turn in 2008 but they didn't listen.

We gave Romney his turn in 2012. Turns are for losers.

If Trump wants the nomination, he needs to earn it, just like everyone else.

I don’t think Soros endorsed any republican. He is just meddling and causing trouble because GOP infighting makes RAT cheating so much easier.

If he did it would be a head fake. Ridiculous to think that someone like Soros would support Desantis.
