A hearing to debate gender-affirming care in Arkansas has sparked outrage after a Republican lawmaker asked a transgender doctor if she has a penis.
In a shocking moment caught on video, the audience audibly gasped when Republican Sen. Matt McKee asked Dr. Gwendolyn Herzig, a transgender woman from Little Rock, who testified against the ban, about her genitalia.
'You said that you're a trans woman?' McKee had asked on the Senate judiciary floor Monday. 'Do you have a penis?'

This so called Harvard Doctor should have known better than expect to be coddled and pampered in Arkansas. He may want to be treated like a Doctor but I would never trust my medical issues to someone with such psych problems.
