The whole cabal of agency directors have been lying with impunity for a decade now. So much so its become the role model for mentoring their staffs. Its a Beltway resume enhancer. When they lie they are bragging about it now. Any politicians asking them questions about their agregious conduct serve as a morale booster for the rest of government employees!

This is almost hilarious.
The letter he signed did, in fact, not say the laptop was disinformation. It said it had the “hallmarks of disinformation.”
But Clapper et al knew that the legacy media would take that and tell everyone it was Russian Disinformation, which is exactly what they did and Clapper was not all over CNN saying that they exaggerated. He fully intended the exaggeration to take place.
Then the FBI warns FB and other social media about a Russian surprise coming soon about the president’s son. Probably coordinated with Clapper’s letter.
