A man driving a U-Haul "went on a rampage" in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, Monday morning, according to a New York City councilman.

The New York City Police Department did not immediately confirm details to Fox News Digital.

The suspect "was just apprehended in Sunset Park," Councilman Justin Brannan tweeted. "Several people were hit and badly injured. We have no idea of motives at this time, but this wasn't an accident."

Before you can label the driver (or drivers, if 'two spirited'), you must know the driver's gender identity. For example, the driver may identify as an Apache helicopter, so the proper pronoun is 'attack helicopter' and the correct phrasing would be, 'the attack helicopter driving the vehicle'.
