Imagine buying Time-Warner with AOL shares.
Back in the day Google offered to sell their technology to Yahoo for a few million. Yahoo declined. A few years later (2002) they again offered to sell to Yahoo but for a billion. Again the visionaries of Yahoo declined.
I don’t know much about that.
I talk to customers all the time who still use AOL email. I shake my head.

Yahoo who? I haven’t knowingly used any of their services in years. I didn’t know Apollo owned them. I see Verizon still has a 10% stake if the report is accurate.
All of these esteemed employers should be banned from the H1B lottery for at least 2 years. Employers should not be given the opportunity to use labor arbitrage after throwing employees out the door.
So they can go work with their collusion buddies in the government
