Every aircraft has specific maintenance requirements, but the same sorts of things have to be done for all of them. If you have a large pool of people trained to do this for one set of aircraft it is not a stretch to train them for another.

Sure.

I saw it with my own two eyes. American trainers supposed to be training. American trainers doing all the work.

If a Ukrainian is smart enough to fix one of those planes then I’m betting he/she is going to get recruited to fly one of those things.

Not everyone in the world receives an education.

Dare I say, many of the smart ones are already living in Western Europe.

But they do have the Ghost of Kiev. So they got that going for them
