Hunter Biden told Congress they have no standing to Investigate him, nor request documents, and he WILL NOT COMPLY!
Face it this country is under the control of a criminal cabal.
In 1948, each member of the Hollywood Ten was tried on charges of contempt of Congress, convicted and sentenced to a year in prison and a $1,000 fine. Subsequent appeals of the convictions failed. After they had served their sentences, the Hollywood Ten remained blacklisted and largely unable to secure work in the industry until the 1960s.

No. The House can only refer Hunter to the DOJ, which will not pursue any contempt charge. The House has no authority to charge Hunter with contempt.
This didn’t turn out so well for Steve Bannon.
Fact is, everyone can ignore any subpoena coming from the House with full confidence that nothing will happen to them.
But if D.O.J. did prosecute? Where did the contempt occur and therefore where must the contempt trial be held? Why the District of Columbia!
Subpoena the SOB right damn now for a date 15 days in the future. If he doesn’t show up on that date, make a criminal referral to Garland and let him know that if they do nothing, their shiny new colossal FBI HQ will NOT be funded nor will any DOJ budget request be approved. Congress has the power of the purse, USE IT.
And how did Hunter “tell” Congress....just asking

Remember the press hysteria about Nixon not complying with some uncrossed t or dotted line in a congressional subpoena? I remember Simon and Garfunkle had a song about it: “I am the President and the minute the Congress would call my name, I’d say who do, who do you think you’re fooling, I am the President and I’ve got the presidential podium . . .”. I doubt the same press hysteria will emerge over the refusal to cooperate with Congress of Hunter Biden or his corrupt father.
If he was a Republican, the Brandon DOJ would prosecute him for contempt, but there is no chance they will prosecute him while his daddy is in office. If a Republican is elected President next year, Brandon will give Hunter a blanket pardon before he leaves office.
He got some time in jail, no?

Congress is a joke and everybody knows it. Although I would like to see him prosecuted we all know that he will not be and nothing will come of it. I like it when someone spits in congress’ face because they all deserve it. Even if it is this creep and cretin Hunter. Not sure which I hate more congress or the Biden crime family.
