“Sen. Maria Cantwell (D-Wash.), the committee’s chairwoman, said that the Department of Transportation (DOT) isn’t doing enough to crack down on poor airline service.”

Cantwell is 100% socialst, believing that the private airline companies are owned and operated by the Federal government. She does beleive the airline’s customers and shareholder owners have the first role in penalizing underperforming companies.

Thank you for referencing that article ChicagoConservative27.

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Patriots are reminded that the only peacetime power that the states have expressly constitutionally given to the non-militia training feds to dictate policy to transport anything is to run the US Mail Service.

So what post-17th Amendment ratification Democratic Sen. Cantwell really meant to say about DOT is the following imo.

The constitutionally undefined DOT, run by non-popularly elected bureaucrats, isn't doing enough with using the state powers that corrupt Congress lets it get away with stealing from the states to crack down on poor airline service.

What's your threshold of pain for unconstitutionally big federal government patriots?

“Cherish, therefore, the spirit of our people, and keep alive their attention. If once they become inattentive to the public affairs, you and I, and Congress and Assemblies, judges and governors, shall all become wolves [emphasis added]. It seems to be the law of our general nature.” - Thomas Jefferson (Letter to Edward Carrington January 16, 1787)
The inevitable remedy for ongoing, corrupt post-17A ratification political party treason (imo)...

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.

If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.

If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.

With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.

In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.

Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.

Still trying to understand how/why FedGov is now in charge of customer service for US airlines. Should I start calling my US Senator when my toaster fails to warm my morning bagel properly. Subpoena the CEO to appear before a subcommittee for a brow beating to make a better toaster?

Buttigeig doesn’t work. He flies private and takes lavish free vacations, like the rest of the liberals.

Southwest made a business decision that screwed up. They’ll probably pay a price for it. How is that any business of Congress? Did I miss the hearings in Congress about new Coke? Did I miss the hearings in Congress about the Pontiac Aztec?

Refunds do not solve the problem!!

But-judge is simply putting salve on the butthurt who are wounded by the airlines overbooking and canceling/moving flights!

We have a Secretary of Transportation who is so incompetent, regular folks know who the Secretary of Transportation is! That’s quite a trick.
