Whether Nigeria owes us money or not (and it would be Ghana, Benin, Togo, and Guinea anyway), that’s a diplomatic and political problem.
Nine year old girls getting their heads beat in, grandmothers at Christmas parades getting run down by SUVs, young couples in Knoxville being kidnapped and tortured to death (and so on) does not involve any theoretical debt owed by West Africa.
The premise here is that these white people DESERVED to suffer because of a blood debt. Blood debt is a universal concept which was renounced in Northwest Europe and in settler societies derived from there a thousand years ago. It is SO unfamiliar to us that the fact that the actions of the tribe-and-clan peoples who live among us are almost invisible to us.
Our whole system of laws and justice is premised on the concept that every person is an individual, and that any bad done by that individual isn’t attributable to family, clan, or tribe.
The problem is that this system only worked for the people who invented it, and is incomprehensible to people whose ancestors never practiced it, don’t understand it, and when they hear it explained find it absurd.
And as tribe-and-clan people rise as a percentage of the population in Europe, Australia, and North America the individualists are at a huge disadvantage. A tribalist alone in an individualist culture (Bonasera meeting Don Corleone) finds his world incomprehensible and defeating. But the presence of millions of them, picking off the individualists one-by-one, reveals the true strength of tribe-and-clan culture.
It’s one of the oldest and most successful forms of human organization.
When a rapper with an online catalog of hatred for white people and wishing death on them drives an SUV into a crowd of white grandmothers and small children, killing six and wounding 61, some permanently, why does the district attorney refuse to file hate crime charges because of lack of evidence? What did Darryl Brooks have to do? Name each child in a rap video before he killed them?
The tribe and clan people aren’t going away. But forms of social organization are going to need to change to accommodate their presence here and elsewhere if individualists plan on their posterity enjoying the blessings of Liberty, as promised by the Preamble.

I’ll be copying and pasting your post at various places. It’s that good. I would only add to it that the most likely solution to being attacked in a tribal fashion is to default back to your original tribe. I’m perfectly willing to do that, for the sake of my children.
It’s time to have special schools for kids who can’t control their violence: smaller classes - less access to young victims and lots of large male teachers who can’t be bullied. There’s no reason for this type of violent thug to be in schools with normal kids.
Not that it matters, but since everyone keeps talking about it...
The 15yo boy is black.
The girl is Hispanic. (At 9, she's big for her age.)
The smaller kid SHE was hitting first (before the big kid jumped in) is black.
Not exactly the narrative that's passing around, but it's what the full video shows.
More like attempted murder.
Our people, at least the over 50 crowd, truly believes access to Jamba Juice and Home Depot is going to undo that hard coding.
Also there are other factors that make tribalism pretty impossible to move past for many of the Earths inhabitants but we won't get into that here. A quick perusal of someplace like V-dare would tell one most of what they need to know.
In most states someone that young would be tried as a “Youthful Offender...in juvy court.
This significance of this would be that if they “re-offend” their previous conviction as a youthful offended can be used as a “repeat offense.”
But yeah...this kid will be out of any facility when they turn 18.
