If it was my daughter articles would say “he was an aspiring rap artist.”
Because of the disparity in physicality of the attacker and victim the charge should be aggravated battery which is a forcible felony in Florida.
Should be attempted murder.
I really don’t care what the state does to him...
I want to know what the SCHOOL DISTRICT did to him...
Has he been permanently expelled?
Has he had his bus priviliges revoked?
Does he still get his free lunch?
These are the things that I want to know
.........should be 100 lashes in the public square 30 minutes after a 5 minute trial. If he’s still alive after that, a .22 round to the eye socket would work. His skull is titanium no doubt.
And, RACE doesn’t matter. I would say the same thing if it was a white punk. I’m tired of little girls bearing the brunt of what these human vermin’s “single moms” didn’t teach them growing up.
And, I’m sick of Liberal lawyers, courts and social workers. They’ve proven beyond ALL doubt that they cannot deliver justice on behalf of the hard working, honest citizens of this country AND they’ve proven they have no intention of changing their ways for the better. Their content with themselves is sickening.
I guarantee one thing, fearing Dad, my son would have been swimming the Rio Grande in terror headed south if he had hit a 9 year old girl. That’s what’s missing.
People like this are why we can’t have nice things.

What does that have to do with anyone who is alive today, or their parents, or their grandparents?
And if crimes committed 150 years ago by whites make any white person living today a fit candidate for revenge, why don’t crimes committed yesterday by blacks make any black person living today a fit candidate for revenge?
Governmental entities need to stop shielding these criminals based on age. What difference does it make if they are 12 years old or 22 years old? The public deserves to be aware of who is a criminal and what they look like to protect themselves. The individuals who start so young are frequently the most violent and prolific offenders. They AND their parents/drug lords/gang bosses/pimps need to be identified photographically, as well as, to location of residence.
ALL of the Miami/SoFlo media are “woke”...including the Fox affiliate. Print media is even worse.

The South was behind the North economically BECAUSE of slavery. Add up every economic benefit from 400 years of African migration into North America, subtract the costs of the Civil War, crime, welfare etc… I think Nigeria owes us about 30 trillion dollars.
