Florida had the most secure elections in 2020, and were done by midnight.

Desantis won by like 20% in Florida in an election he should have won. Then, there's what happened to Trump in 2020... he had an election he should have won stolen from him while he was in office. That could not have happened if he had simply appointed the right people. Instead, he surrounded himself with backstabbing jerks like Sessions and Barr. Those decisions are on him and I don't see much improvement in that regard since he left office.

“howโ€™s the immigration crisis doing? The border wall was a great big symbol, but because Trump GOT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING put into law to reduce illegal immigration weโ€™ve got a worse immigration crisis than ever.”

So the border crisis under Biden is Trump’s fault? I don’t think so. Trump’s only fault was in not completing the wall before he left office. But he faced a lot of headwinds and was the only person capable of even making an attempt. The few gaps left are now being exploited by the smugglers and they’re getting through only because Biden isn’t manning those areas. We already have laws against illegal immigration. Enforcement is the problem. What laws could Trump have passed that Biden wouldn’t have just ignored like he’s doing now?

I agree.

However, the picks that had to get pass cocaine mitch were awful.

His interim picks were mostly excellent picks.

Do not forget cocaine mitch kept the senate in session the entire time so Trump could not do recess appointments.

I hope Ron DeSantis serves his full 4 years as Florida’s governor. That’s where he belongs.

Yeah trump learned that his first two years when he had the trifecta the. Screwed it up and it hasnโ€™t been the same since. Hopefully DeSantis will learn from him.

And then what, Georgia Girl? Would you not vote for him then too? Tell me, which conservative “star” do you see rising in 2028 that would make you not primary vote for “Deep State” DeSantis? Who else other than DeSantis has been as effective on issues that are important to us (election integrity, immigration, wokery)? I’d say the only person that has even approached the effectivity in combatting the left is Trump himself. That Texas guv follows DeSantis’ lead on almost every issue, and that’s only when it benefits him politically. One can support Trump over DeSantis without burning the MAGA house down.

Just because Crist is Uniparty doesn’t mean DeSantis can’t be. Just look at 2008. We had two globalist controlled candidates squaring off against each other - McCain and Obama. Same with 2000. That’s how the Uniparty operates. They control the nomination process of both parties so that whoever wins, they’ll still be in control.

desantis’s actions prove he isn’t a globalist or uniparty...

do your homework on the outstanding job that governor desantis is doing for my home state of florida...

worry about your governor, worry about your state, worry about their financial backing, and worry about your state’s election procedures...

stop telling us what to do and who to vote for...

“worry about your governor, worry about your state, worry about their financial backing, and worry about your stateโ€™s election procedures...”

DeSantis IS my governor.

“desantisโ€™s actions prove he isnโ€™t a globalist or uniparty...”

Nonsense. You have to look at the big picture to come to that conclusion, not just pick out isolated examples to make your case. I can find good things that were done under Clinton, Bush, and Obama. Doesn’t mean they’re not globalists.

“stop telling us what to do and who to vote for...”

To quote the current resident, Come on man! Nobody’s telling you what to do or who to vote for. I’m giving you my opinion just as you gave me yours. That’s what we do here.

trashing my governor’s reputation for doing the right thing is counterproductive, unwarranted, and unacceptable...

you people are why the republicants are divisive and self destructive...

you’re worse than the looney leftists...

at least they stick together...

Actually I would say that Trump easily surpassed DeSantis in dealing with most if not all the issues you cite. Take immigration for starters.

Trump drastically reduced illegal immigration during his term, mostly completed a border wall that was very effective, in conjunction with border patrol agents being allowed to enforce the law, in catching and returning illegals. He forced Mexico’s President to send his own troops to the border, to reduce the numbers attempting to cross illegally. He instituted a remain in Mexico policy for those seeking asylum and got countries who, under previous administrations, refused to take back their illegals, to do so. He was aggressive in rounding up M13 gang members and either arresting them or sending them back to their countries of origin. He instituted a temporary ban on immigration from countries that were not transparent regarding terrorism.

DeSantis sent illegals living in Texas to Martha’s Vineyard.

โ€œ Hey Mike, whereโ€™s the packet captures you promised folks from your 2021 Cyber Symposium?

BINGO!

Every time Lindell gets involved in anything outside of his MY Pillow business, it flopsโ€ฆ..badly.

After DeSantis won Florida this last election, Lindell said he was going to find voter fraud in Miami Dade because DeSantis cheated.

Now back this bus up Junior.
A strong Conservative Governor won re-election and youโ€™re gonna try to show he cheated like a Leftist???

Then Lindell decides trying to hurt DeSantis wasnโ€™t good enough so he runs for RNC chair in an attempt to steal votes from Harmeet Dillion.
That would of course clear the way for Rona Romney to win.

Why would Lindell run for RNC Chair??
Ooooohhhhh of course, Trump wanted him to do it.
Trump endorsed Rona Romney and he was using Lindell to peal off votes from Harmeet Dillion.

Seems to me the Trump/Lindell team keep attacking good respectable Conservatives and donโ€™t care what damage is done.

“... because 5-time loser Trump has been so successful stopping ballot harvesting, inflated voter rolls and fraud.”

Hmmm. Five time loser? Check your math. Trump has run for public office twice in his lifetime. Even if you believe that the retard actually beat him fairly in 2020, Trump’s still batting .500

You missed the point. Let me try again. I was alluding to the fact that no other conservative front runners in either this or 2028 election have been as effective fighting against leftism and the high priority issues for us. The post was to Georgia Girl, illustrating that if she is disparaging DeSantis now, a MAGA Governor (as Trump has stated when it was useful for Trump) who has not, and stated will not, declared for 2024, who in her mind is the next best for 2028. I don't see any others that have done as much. Except for Trump. But then, if he wins in 2024, Trump won't be eligible; so who then?

Now, of course DeSantis can't fight immigration on a fed level like Trump, but he has at the state level. Now, how about fixing wokery. I would argue that DeSantis has done a more effective job than Trump and his Trannie/gay friendly outreach in that regard. Ironically, it was the Log Cabin anti-Trumpers that helped the left against him. And DeSantis has enacted more EOs and signed legislation to put teeth in the war against ANTIFA/BLM rioting and protests at the state level.

left wing tactics would be labeling someone right off the bat like you’re doing with “left wing”

I lived in FL for 25 years, still have family there and I’m a US citizen so I’ll worry about any politician I damn well please.
