There's no end to how many "genders" can be made up, but there are only two sexes, the correct term.

No, genders is the correct term. Just because they have changed the definition, is no different than the fact they have changed the definition of sexes as well.
If you try to play by their rules, you will never win against evil, because evil makes up rules as needed to support their evil positions.
