Americans need to be informed of the use of “jury-nullification.” I am certainly willing to judge a case impartially... wink, wink, but in this case, he is innocent because I say he is innocent.
Harmeet Dhillon was on Tucker Carlson and said if the trespasser threatened the landowner it was legal in AZ to shoot, but we don’t have all the facts. If the only living witness is the shooter who knows.

Yet this farmer had encountered tresspassers before, and seemingly was aware that he COULD repell trespassers since he had called to them, cautioned them, ordered them to STAY OFF.
Arizona authorities seem to be changing the rules as quickly as they can manage.
Arizona USED to be a place where you could count on making a stand.
