An Arizona rancher has been charged with first-degree murder and had his bail set at a whopping $1million for fatally shooting a Mexican citizen on his property.

George Alan Kelly, 73, was arrested following the January 30 fatal shooting of Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, 48, on his ranch in Kino Springs, just a mile and a half north of the US-Mexico border.

Authorities are still investigating the fatal shooting, with the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's chief deputy saying it does not appear that Kelly knew Cuen-Butimea ahead of the shooting.

Has AZ been getting any blue state blues blowing their way from California?

“Especially easterners.” Yes. I noticed that long ago. Easterners and even far Northerners that think of themselves as Conservatives have no idea whatsoever what daily dangers southern border state Americans have to live with.
I am not a regional native. I am a Military Brat of a retired Army dad, And, a retired Naval Aviation Officer. I don’t claim any state or region. I just claim the USA.
I believe that the states of Arizona and Texas Laws of life and Property Primacy should be the Law of the Land in all 50 states.
We’d all be better off if the violation of those laws had unpleasant consequences.

When are they going to charge Michael Byrd with shooting an unarmed woman at the capitol?

“When are they going to charge Michael Byrd with shooting an unarmed woman at the capitol?”
Not holding my breath waiting for that justice to happen. The only hope for that to be a possibility is for President Trump to win reelection in 2024. He is the ONLY person of public significance to decry that injustice.
No one else of any significant public importance has even mentioned that murder that I am aware of.

No jury of his peers will convict.

That is what I am thinking also.

In the meanwhile, we need to crowd fund his bail. We need a prominent lawyer to step up to get that rolling.

10,000 people at $100 each should be easy.

Revelation 20:12 if not sooner.

He’s a dead man walking.

The bail and jail are political statements, forget the laws.

Can’t kill a Mexican in Santa Cruz county. That is Marxist Democrat Raul Grijalva’s home base. Sheriff Mexican, and likely so was the judge.

Santa Cruz county is home to some of the most beautiful scenery imaginable. Plus old mining sites. Nonetheless, where it was once a marvellous place to rockhound and picnic, now there is the good possibility you will run into illegals up to no good. The illegals killed tourism in Nogales.
In other words, much of Santa Cruz is no longer part of the United States of America.

Age 73 is when you are supposed to think very carefully before you do things that might deprive you of your freedom and your life savings.

First degree murder will be almost impossible to prove unless the ranch owner locked himself into a story by talking to the Police.

If the rancher had just asked for an attorney and made no statements to the Police, he would be home tonight instead of in jail.

Illegal aliens are the sardines. Shoot the Coyotes. The aliens are just looking for handouts and to stay at a fancy hotel. The Coyotes are the ones profiteering off of others’ misery.

Birdshot is very effective and non lethal.

Sadly, this rancher is going to jail... murder is murder.
