according to the Canadians, there may be a possible ‘second’ balloon over Canadian airspace (which would make the one over Latin America number three). Of note, the balloon isn’t just breezing along with the wind, it appears to have ‘hovering’ capability. Perhaps unrelated maybe related, an actor, Julian Sand, went missing while hiking last month. Authorities have tried to track him via RECCO. I don’t know if RECCO can read data, but if the Chinese balloons are collecting data, it makes one wonder the extent of the data they’re collecting. “RECCO technology can detect RECCO reflective material, electronics, & in some cases, credit cards...” Pardon me while I faraday my phone and credit cards and don my tin foil hat :).
